Excellent service <3

I ordered a mug and a set of 24 birthday plates and I subscribed to the membership for getting the package within 2 days and free shipping.... Everything was on course until a few days had passed and then I was notified that my items would not be arriving on time. this app worked with me to make sure I knew they cared about the issue and they even refunded me for the inconvenience! I didn’t get to use the plates as they came days after the party had happened. But when they arrived they were SO BEAUTIFUL, I am very pleased. And the mug is the most beautiful one I have! Such close attention to detail on everything that was designed... and the representative that worked with me was a joy to work with. Despite the timing issue, the items you have made are just awesome. Very worth it! I just ordered some more plates from them earlier today! 💖

Crashes every time

I wish I could give Zazzle a better rating because I love the concept of this website and all of the designs on it. I’ve used it for my engagement party invitations and have subscribed to this app Black for free shipping since I will also be using it for my wedding invitations. However, the shipping costs for pieces of paper are absolutely ridiculous if you don’t subscribe to be an exclusive member. I’ve ordered 4 postcard size invitation samples and was charged $15 for shipping which was more than the products themselves, meaning I spent a total of about $23 on 4 postcards…without pictures may I add. I do like that there are often sales, but it still doesn’t make the shipping costs worth it. I’d rather see them reduce shipping costs to a reasonable amount than constantly have sales of 50% off of products that are normally only $2. Also Zazzle itself constantly crashes as soon as you start looking at a product, which can be frustrating when you’re trying to customize something and your edits are lost every time. I can no longer use Zazzle at all. I’ve been using the mobile website.

Mama to Be

I had an unexpected turn of event happen over the weekend with regard to my upcoming Baby shower. I had already received my beautiful invitations through this app, and ready to mail out to my 100-guests. The venue needed to be changed along with the date and time. I had so much stress finding a new venue to accommodate my large party, and the added stress of having to re-order revised invitations with additional cost made it worse. I spoke with a representative earlier today, and he graciously credited me the amount to re-order new invitations along with complimentary express delivery! WOW! Such excellent customer service! Thank you for your compassion and understanding! I will be using this app for all my future events!

Great designs, well presented, but ...

I’ve been enjoying the this app app, with a few important caveats. I’m looking for a case for my new iPhone. this app offers a lot of appealing designs, several different case styles, and even some capacity to modify their designs to your own taste!

On the other hand, there is *no* information on what the front of your phone—you know, the part you actually look at for hours every day—will look like with a given style case. I emailed them about this, and after three or four attempts, I finally got one piece of information: the rubber lining on the Tough cases is black. This means (I think!) that in a Tough case, my (white) phone will have a black rubber ring around it. Bummer, and impossible to tell from the website!

The other drawback to Zazzle is that it freezes and shuts itself down at random moments. The first time it did this to me, I lost the designs I’d placed in my cart; subsequent times, the products in my cart were still there afterwards, but I lost the search I’d been exploring when Zazzle froze. Definitely a nuisance.

That said, they do have a good return policy, so I’ve ordered a few different cases in a few different models, planning to return the ones I don’t like. I’m paying for shipping both ways, which is a nuisance, but at least I’ll find out what these cases look like from the front!

I HAVE TWO ISSUES

1.) Your “CHAT” per se, is not a chat site, or button, or clickable, it’s an email button. So much for LIVE CHAT that you say is LIVE, but is not. To add to the supposed LIVE CHAT, you tell me it will be 2-3 business days before you get back to me regarding the big mess-up on my phone order (Totally different cell phone case than I ordered). So, I attempted to re-order the correct iPhone XS MAX and going into Designer mode, I attempted to click on the message button and nothing happens-dead!

2.) So, in attempting to pull up designer mode again, a different way, I click in the 3 lines up in the left hand corner, and a menu comes down, but trying to click on anything in that menu, again dead; Nothing happens, no matter what I try to click.

You guys need to go back to the drawing board on your app, and consider not lying to people about your LIVE CHAT. Just say, “We’ll email you back”, up front in your app. That’s what it is anyway.

Can never get my payment to process keep getting error

I have been ordering business cards through this app for four years now and it always takes me at least a week to get my payment to go threw, and then having to call Customer Service in order to get my payment to process it first it says I can only pay with Apple Pay and then when I go to hit payment it says that it didn’t go through there’s nothing wrong with my Apple Pay… I delete Apple Pay from my phone and then I enter my credit card and it still says error cannot process payment error it is very frustrating to order online through this website there is never any technical support options on the weekends or the evenings when I’m trying to place my orders I wouldn’t use this website anymore exceptI do really like the business cards options versus other websites

Wonderful Products & Customer Service

I love giving personalized, quality gifts to friends and family. I was very fortunate to find this company a few years ago. All of my products have been quality with great workmanship. I’ve had maybe, one or two issues with either delivery or something was broken, but it was taken care of immediately, either with a new product or a very generous credit. But, with all the products I have ordered, I have been completely satisfied and I’m a perfectionist in an imperfect world! Great job this app! Zazzle is my go to for gifts, party favors and my office

this app has been a home run for me since 2014 - and Zazzle makes it even easier! I’ve made logo items for my office by transferring my logo from Dropbox to my photos. I made gifts for friends by saving photos from Instagram, Facebook and google chrome on my phone and uploading to this app. And the customization tools are easy to use.

The only thing I couldn’t figure out on Zazzle was getting this app black - I had to go through customer service and the website for that. this app Black should pop up as an option w shipping on Zazzle .

Can’t Even Use

Not sure what the latest updated was intending to fix, but it definitely caused more issues than were resolved. I can’t even use Zazzle . Upon opening, a “Please Update Zazzle ” pop-up fills the screen and cannot be exited out of. When I click the “Update” button on the pop-up it just brings me to its App Store page which shows me there is not another update and the only prompt is to “Open” Zazzle so nothing is resolved. This is especially frustrating because I only tried to use Zazzle because the desktop website is not allowing me to edit any designs on literally any product so I’m kind of at a loss. I was looking to order multiple business essentials, but if one of these various issues can’t be resolved soon I’m unfortunately going to have to look for another supplier.

Login repeatedly denied

If only it worked!

I log in online into my existing this app account just fine (member since 2007). I make purchases and review my shopping cart.
I decide to try Zazzle and download it.
I open Zazzle and enter my email address EXACTLY as it was entered in the online account. It is THE SAME email that this app uses to send promotions to me. I enter the password that has been perfectly accepted JUST MINUTES AGO at this app online.
Zazzle gives me the “I’m not a robot” Captcha test which I complete.
Zazzle says either email or PW is incorrect. I try again very carefully but Zazzle insists.
I sigh and use “forgot my PW” link in Zazzle despite the fact that I DIDNT forget the bloody PW but whatever.
Zazzle happily announces that email was sent. I give it two full hours but the email never arrives.
Repeat steps 3 through 7.
I don’t want to create a new account just to get the stupid app to work, so I GIVE UP!
P. S. Conclusión of all this circus: I get email from this app to – yes, you guessed it, THE VERY SAME email address rejected by Zazzle - reminding me that I “left something behind” so I go back (NOT TO Zazzle , BUT ONLINE!) and complete the purchase.

So… what do you have to say, Mr. Developer?

It’s ok

Zazzle is ok , I used it to make business cards. I liked using the website on a computer it’s easier to edit or create a design. The design I chose came out smaller than I wanted it. The cards I received look a little used. I’m assuming whoever handled these cards didn’t handle them with care, some of the corners and edges are bent and have scratch marks on them. There’s some cards that have white spots from the printer. I don’t think I can even present these cards anywhere. Going to figure out if I can return them or I’ll probably just order somewhere else. My total was $30 thank god it didn’t cost me more.
*Update* I emailed this app and no response. I keep trying to submit a review on their app and it will not let me. I’m giving them 1 star so that’s probably why it won’t let me submit my review... don’t order from this website!!

This is wonderful!!

I have used this app for a couple of years now and so far I’ve been very happy with the binders and notebooks I’ve ordered. I have recently experienced some issues in logging in on Zazzle . I put my password in and it looks like I’m going to the site but it takes me back to the login screen. I have updated my password a few times and still experience that. I can however log into the desktop site with no problem. Please help ☺️

Disfunctional

I love using this app on a PC, but Zazzle is horrible. Most recently I had issues where the total owed on my cart was inexplicably about double what it should be. I contacted tech support using Zazzle , attaching screen shots. They responded by saying they didn’t get the attachments. I let them know that is another issue with Zazzle because I had used Zazzle ’s function to attach. They ignored that part and ignored the additional issue I had raised that the promotional alert screen doesn’t work. I used a PC to send screen shots. They responded to the issue of the inaccurate amount being charged by saying they’d contact another tech support team and I should just use a PC.
Long story short - app has weird glitches (including one that tries to charge too much) and tech support is frustrating.
I still love this app on the PC.

Complete failure to meet obligations.

This is not a negative review for Zazzle except for the fact that the tracking tells you absolutely nothing. I made arrangements for programs for my wedding which were not made or delivered in time for the wedding as promised. I paid more for expedited shipping in order for them to arrive four days ahead of time. I realize this was a rush order but that was what was promised to me on their website. Even if they do refund my money that does not make up for the heartbreak associated with missing programs at my wedding. It is too late to do anything else at this point. Do not trust this company with anything that is important to you. If they were not able to deliver I should’ve been notified immediately not the day before my wedding.

TERRIBLE SERVICE, no package, wasted 10 days

Order was said to be delivered to my front door. It is NOT at my front door OR my neighbors doors OR any of our mailboxes. You need to refund my money, not just for the postcard, I want the money I paid for the shipping as well. This is incredibly terrible service. I’ll being doing my best to try and let others know what is really going on here. I waited for this item since the 13th I think. I needed to get it mailed to a special person ASAP. So I paid extra for shipping. Now I’ve waited 10 days which cost me extra in shipping and NO POSTCARD. Even if you were to correct it I cannot wait another ten days. One question, why on earth would the postcard not be put in my mailbox CLEARLY MARKED 1939?!?!?! Unbelievable. Give me my money back. NOW

App not working?

I’ve used Zazzle before and it’s been relatively easy (although I do recommend a desktop if trying to edit product and product placement etc.). I’m trying to create Christmas cards and every time I go to Zazzle it tells me to update. I’ve updated Zazzle and I still get the same message. I’ve turned my phone off and on again with no luck. The web browser for iPhone does not seem to be working well either (won’t show uploaded photo or changed text on card in preview). If anyone else has had this issue please advise of how you resolved it.

Awesome Deals

I’ve been using this app for a while now but just downloaded Zazzle recently. I love getting their alerts on my phone because I always seem to miss out when their invitations go on sale. Getting their alerts is a great way to stay in the loop. They also have exclusive deals just for app customers which is a great bonus! They’ve always come through for me. Great printing, fast shipping and if you have any issues customer service will help you out. Can’t wait to make more stuff!

Sizes are not easily shown on the app

You would think they would have an easily accessible size chart and size selection for T-shirts. I don’t see how I can put a TShirt in the cart and Never asks me for a size. And even when it is in the cart- it doesn’t show the size. And the one time The size selection somehow popped up- I ordered 2 large T-shirt’s -one fit fine and the other was Way too small and fit too tight. And I normally wear a Medium- I just got the larges this time because I wanted a looser fit.

I like the designs they have but I’m not going buy clothes when I can’t select the size and see it in the cart & that I am not sure will even fit

Much easier!

I used this app for wedding invitations last early Spring. I was very impressed with how fast, quality, and superb customer service. At that time, I found it difficult to navigate and personalize my project. Since I’d had such good results previously, I thought I’d give your site a try again. Oh man!! So much easier this time. Horrible Company that will Steal Your Money

This site is not legit. I used this site twice and in both instances had horrible experiences. The last one I was sent the wrong item and was never refunded the money. I contacted customer support several times before they even agreed to refund the purchases. Then, after the money was never refunded, after weeks of reaching out without a response they told me I needed to speak to my financial institution! What is my bank going to do?? They are not responsible for refunding money, they can only verify nothing was deposited, which they have done. This is a disgusting platform, with horrible customer service, that allows people to steal from you. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!!

First of all, creating the account was so frustrating because it kept telling me that my time had expired (even when customer service created my account it continued to say that). I found another company that had the same shirt, but not in the right color so I tried signing in and this time it let me in. I picked out exactly what I wanted and when I clicked add to cart it wouldn’t. Somehow it finally let me and automatically kicked me out of this app completely. I had to start all over again!!! I don’t know if I’m even going to actually get the shirt when it says I should!! If it’s coming out of my account then I will get it at some point. The shirts I ordered are fair, sometimes the color are as not a true as I wish they were. I have to call in and send pictures at times to show how different the color is and the costumer service checks it out then sends a replacement. But this can take a few weeks and I have to call back to see why it’s taken so long. I’m told the person in the art room has to let the shirt dry or they haven’t started on it and was sure why this happened. But I still like the work and the price is ok and when they have a sale it’s great.

Works well but

With the holidays upon us, lots of stuff is sold out. This is not the issue for me, I understand that business picks up, selling out of stuff happens and I should have been faster yada yada yada. The issue is that there is no “sort by availability” option when searching. So if I want to design a zip up hoodie, I have to go through all 6,000 results that pop up one by one, until I find one that isn’t sold out. This is by no means the end of the world, but it did cause me to delete Zazzle after clicking on and backing out of the first 150 results for zip up hoodies. Designing is pretty easy, for what it’s worth.

Zazzle create your own

I’ve been using this app for years to create my own designs on various items. Although they’ve declined some of my creations and I don’t know why (my bad since I never followed up), I cannot deny that the printing and customer service has been top notch. I did bring some of my business to other companies that will print all of my designs, but still, I will say that this app is the most reliable. I love this app.

I love this app! I purchased products for my sisters bridal shower and hey not only came quickly but they were beautiful ! I did have to return the invitations but that was my fault as I needed to adjust the information. When I contacted customer service for the return, they gave me a credit for the invites and allowed me to reorder them. They were so helpful and I totally will order from them again!!!
