I believe this to be a scam! They hook you into it by sending you an alert on your screen and before you know it, you’ve signed up for something that’s gonna cost you $129- unless you cancel it within three days. We all know that we forget to cancel those things! Apple phones have their own virus scans and I honestly don’t believe that they can be infected like this warning is saying they are!!!!
(What is wrong with some people that they spend time trying to scam good people out of their hard earned money? It’s really sickening! “People, get a life and quit feeding off of others by lying, cheating and being dishonest!”

You probably followed this from a a pop up on safari while reading news on something you like and all of the sudden you get a pop up saying you have a virus and if you don’t resolve it your device will be compromised and it recommends Web and try’s to panic you into buying an 200 and something dollar thing but it’s a fake virus and it’s a huge scam. Just read up on it and if you are still concerned to to apple store to relive your worries.

ATTENTION!! You have more than four minutes to protect your phone take the time to read the reviews first. All they want is your money, $129 now plus whatever they can get once they have access to all your personal data it’s an absolute scam don’t even consider buying

This is a trap! Not sure it even works because all of the options are disabled when you open Web . Do NOT purchase the free trial because it gives you 3 days then charges you $130!!!! And you have to cancel 24 hours before the free trial ends in order to escape the $130 tab.—————>Screw these people!!!

Various fake websites claim you have an iOS virus and to get Web, which then wants to charge you $120. There is no virus, Web does nothing, you’ve probably given them more access to data on your phone by installing Web.

How do you uninstall this? I panicked and downloaded it I believe.. I noticed the reviews as it was downloading and wanted to stop it.

I.. Don’t think it was put on my phone. There’s a cloud like I downloaded but then deleted it. Does it do that when you make it stop while it’s downloading?

I am using an iPhone and don’t know what to do or if it even downloaded.

Does it delete itself right after downloading or am I safe?

I saw this virus and I was about to pay in Web when my friend told me they got it and they lost money another friend of mine didn’t do anything and nothing happened don’t pay!!!!!!

Said my phone was going to crash, didn’t even warn me that it cost money. I hope I cancelled the subscription in time so it doesn’t charge my account the $129 dollars. Beware of Web!!! Don’t download!!!

Pamela isador,I had down loaded it because I was scared and I had turned everything on but 2 and 3,I wouldn’t let me do the 3rd one so I took apart my case,here I am sick looking like an idiot.

I can’t get anything to work on Web, cannot turn off auto renewal and they charge you $130 for nothing. Very frustrating.

Totally trash. They are threatening you by saying your phone was hacked and you should take instant action to protect it by purchasing this trash. Get out of the AppStore

$130 per year, really? I know for a fact that there are better antivirus programs out there.

Web is so not worth your time & money. They scammed me saying that my phone was damaged by viruses & just to top it all of I had to pay for this.

The people who made Web are the same who did the pop up saying your phone has a virus. I wish APPLE would prohibit this trash on Web Store

They sent me a fake virus to make me accidentally purchase Web that popped up to fix these fake viruses. Now I can’t get this thing canceled.
