Video Tube™: Stream Play Watch Reviews

VideoTube used to function phenomenally but had fallen far from what it used to be. I myself don’t mind the ads all that much. The issues are as follows: 1) the search engine. It used to be pretty good but now you can type in the exact title of a video and it won’t show up. 2) Picture-in-picture. The only reason I use VideoTube is because it can play videos down in the corner while I use other apps. At least, it used to. This function no longer works at all for me and frankly I have no reason to use VideoTube without that feature. I may as well just use my browser. I know that it’s only two things and so it may seem insignificant but these two issues have ruined my entire experience with VideoTube and I will not be using it further until at the very least I can use picture-in-picture again.

Ok so you fixed the Favorites button at the bottom but it jumps when you hit it! I still can't watch my favorites most recent video in the more from section. This is a must have. I'm having to go to their blog to watch recent video. Can't you just go back to how things were last week? You had a good thing going and I was very satisfied. Now...not so happy. Argh

Update... Ok so I'm still a supporter of VideoTube. It's come a long way. Still wish the favorite tab was not hidden. I understand you gotta get paid but a commercial after every two videos is a bit much and it's the same commercial over and over.

VideoTube works well sometimes but this particular video app when I watch it for every 10 to 15 min will crash my I pad. 😡 VideoTube won’t only crash my I pad it will glitch like crazy and black screen any app I go into sometimes even restart my iPad . There is some major bug with VideoTube and I can’t watch videos for more then 15 min. If this bug is fixed it would be a perfect app to watch videos on. My I pad has never had any problem like this on any other app.

When I search up something, videos that are not popular or relevant or very old pop up instead of the popular or recent ones. Please fix this bug. Thanks

P.S. The issue above is still not fixed, and I have one more issue with VideoTube : crashing. With the most recent update, every time I open VideoTube and use it for a few minutes, it crashes. I cannot watch videos anymore because it crashes so much. Please fix this as soon as possible. Thanks again

The developer placed a buggy user interface on purpose. One of these buggy elements is the search text box. The developer adjusts the text box’s width and places a button on the right side. Causing you to false click so they can sow their advertisement. This is after you paid for their app.

I paid for VideoTube, the developer decides to put a nasty element like this.

When you want to share a video, the developer puts extra nasty texts all over the link. A Terrible way to do business.

I find VideoTube offers so many great old movies and tv programs of the past. Many of these shows were created by the outstanding directors and producers of their time.
Thanks for the opportunity to watch many of these which were great entertainment at the time.

Um idk if it does it for everyone but when i didn’t mean to delete VideoTube and when I got it back it keep putting up the premium and I keep pressing close then it still going up idk if u can fix it but thanks for VideoTube 😀

The main issue I’m having is when I enter a video (on iPhone XS) and go full screen to landscape the video is always cropped downwards so I can’t see the bottom of the content so If I’m watching an anime I can’t even see the subtitles! even portrait has a similar problem the video isn’t even centered its lowered slightly I’ve had this problem since changing to a new phone and I don’t want to sit on portrait because the content is far too small please fix this

Please don’t try and be money hungry. I was doing just fine with VideoTube. Sure, there were some bugs, glitches, and minor problems. But to ask for a subscription, just so I can’t see the channels I have subscribed to!?!? That’s not fair! I don’t know what changed in your policy, but this was a great app. Know, I may think otherwise...

It seems it should be a must-have condition these days to be able to listen ONLY to the sound if one wants to to.
Addendum in response to the developer: Thank you. I raised my star from 1 to 3. I love ProTube’s capability to play in sleep mode, but they were shut down by Google/YouTube. It is terrible NOT to be able to ONLY listen to a lecture, if one wants to.
On the positive side, you use also Vimeo, but what about Dailymotion?

Hi If you could write back that would be nice I’ve been having trouble with video tube it go slow I love it in all and when it does load it on it just takes a while if you could have that fixed that being nice I don’t know it’s my Internet or of the game but just fix it if possible

Had VideoTube for a few years and it has been pretty good. If I had one complaint it would be to enhance the search function. Sometimes I would look for a specific video and it pull up other non related videos instead. Other than that, I think this is a good app.

You guys are great, your app is great, it's amazing. Within only two days of me reporting the bug, you guys were on it, had given a response to my review, and it was back up and running. Any app that has a support team like yours deserves the best rating I can give

Ok I don’t know if this is just me phone or WiFi or what but it messes up and makes the sound but not the video u know. Then it takes a bit to fix itself then it messes up all over again. Ok so if it is VideoTube pls fix it I love to watch my videos. So fix it then I will give it a 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I think it’d be great to not have to click every individual channel page to see recent subscription uploads. If there was a subscriptions tab that showed recent videos from subscriptions it’d be perfect!
