TFS Events Reviews

I have been using TFSEvents to pay my car payments without any issues since 2016. Never had any problems with it, so I’m not sure why others have, potentially it only works well for newer phones. However, since mid April 2019, it has apparently COMPLETELY changed what the apps main purpose is, as now it isn’t for payments, but events. How it can be called “financial services” but only work for conferences and events now is beyond me. Especially with NO notification of the change. Extremely frustrating to have this happening now and it’s very confusing. Maybe it will change back, there’s no telling with it not notifying this change either.

I gave up trying TFSEvents , which couldn’t find me, even though the mailman sure can! I have tried at least 3 times. I am not that technically inclined, I admit, but this is ridiculous. I tried to pay online & I can’t past the registering check acct part to use my debit card. I pay everything online. Frustrating! Of course no one can help with the website issues on the weekend!

So unlike Toyota. The manager who approved TFSEvents to be posted for Toyota’s clients use deserves to be fired. How is it possible that TFSEvents is some still in Apple store when in fact it does not work? Aren’t Toyota folks reading the reviews on the application? I wasted my time downloading TFSEvents, and they wasted more time trying to set it up. Then wasted even more time deleting it.

This is a terrible way to treat your customers.. you know, who buy your products. There’s not even a way to get your user ID and since I had it on thumbprint sign in which no longer works, I don’t know my user ID and have NO WAY to get it to make my payment! Very disappointed and I will be calling corporate tomorrow

This site is simple enough but it has become less responsive with every update. Not to mention the updates don’t seem to do anything except screw up your settings. For how advanced Toyota’s cars are you think they could manage a decent app! Get with Toyota!

For me app works just fine
GO TO app store ant put (MYTFS)on the search box it will come up don’t write anything else🤔🤔

This is the most ridicules and non user friendly apps I have seen. There NO Instructions on how to set up, spent over an hour attempting to set up, kept saying user name and pass word didn’t match, even reset those two things and it still gives a user and pass word error. AVOID AVOID AVOID TFSEvents at all cost.

I use to be able to use TFSEvents to pay my bill. Now, I have no idea what TFSEvents does. Plus, it says something about Australia on it now. I tried searching TFSEvents Store to see if there was a different app for Toyota bill pay and nothing shows up. This is just disappointing.

An app to pay my bill should never be confusing! I should never have to struggle just to figure out how I’m supposed to pay. Really confusing and basically just an advertisement. Delete! ... better yet, don’t install.

I cannot log onto TFSEvents it keeps saying login failed try again later for the last ten months TFSEvents is totally use less.

It is always giving me the same error to launch TFSEvents again and try again later. It is by far the worst app I have ever downloaded

Downloaded it and you do all the scrolling to accept terms and then TFSEvents kicks you off. Frustrating!

App doesn’t work properly. QR doesn’t work and you can’t even sign into your account. Pretty sad and depressing coming from a renown car maker.

Does Toyota even know TFSEvents is out there?
They send you a survey to fill out about their service after a purchase and this would be in my survey

Cannot log into my account with TFSEvents on my iPhone. TOYOTA app manager either needs to address the issues with this TFS app or remove it from the availability list!!!! Good reason to go back to Ford!!!

It’s won’t even let me get past picking my language it won’t work at all

Toyota should be one of the best car companies out there but they can even can make app right..
TFSEvents only work to take space from my phone..

I’m not sure what’s the purpose of TFSEvents. I wish they could develop one where I can at least pay my car loan : (

This is the worst app I’ve ever seen you can’t do anything with it ! Just don’t download it let it go. Go online and do your thing don’t bother with this .

Got a letter in the mail and it says download TFSEvents and then register the qrs which is invalid. Thanks Toyota Financial for wasting my time. Fix your stupid app if you want people to use it.

TFSEvents has nowhere to find my information or set up appointments or anything. Literally nothing can be done on TFSEvents.
