Good day. Suddenly i couldn’t start my testing! The app i have been using couldn’t be accessed anymore. How is that possible that I couldn’t start testing anymore? Hope you could help me God bless!

hi there, was selected by Procreate to test their beta app. They sent me an e-mail about it and there was info, that I’ll recieve message with code from you, TestFlight. Never happened. I was checking my inbox AND spambox like every possible hour for last 48 hours. Now my permission is expired, I’m really confused and I want to know why this happened, because I lost great opportunity to participace, I’m really sad and don’t know how to fix it. Can you help me, explain me where was the problem, how this process works? Thanks for your answer!

Hey TestFlight Customer Service, The first time I used your app to test my Xamarin app I had no issues and it worked great. Since then, whenever I try to update the app on TestFlight I get the following error "Couldn't Load App This build is no longer available" Do you know of any common solutions for this issue or do you know of way that I could get a more in depth error that I can troubleshoot Thanks for your time, Zach Petersen

Hello, I have a current problem regarding the redemption code I have yet to receive. I was told to wait within 24 hours to receive a redemption code for Paperback from the app developer himself on Patreon.

Cant use on device me and my son share bc he’s 12

Well so much for that.. I tried to use it and it told me I was too young. I’m 30. But I got my son an iPad and we share it for diff things it has a lot of space to keep apps unlike my phone and I can’t do much of anything because somewhere along the lines it found out he’s 12., although I created a whole new Apple ID and specifically said it was my birthdate etc. it still found out he’s 12. So this app blocks anyone under 13. Like a lot of apps. But it’s annoying and no one takes into consideration that families share devices. So they still put this age restriction on their apps so if you ever ( I’m guessing set up child screen time) or let you kid have their own Apple ID and was honest about their age. Or it somehow found out the person mostly using it is 12….your screwed.. out of a lot.. until that child finally turns 13. I’ve had this problem for years but finally I have 4 more months before the device and age restricted apps..recognizes me as anyone older then 13

In reality, this Test Flight App is just as bad as the rest of the horrible apps that ended up being downloaded but do not function nor do anything they are advertised to do. Frankly I'd like to know how some of these apps made it into the Apple App Store and Google Play Store, are they coming from another App Store and overwriting the Official Apps from displaying. Nobody ever seems to have any answers, nor can correct the many issues that have been submitted to the the various departments. At this juncture I want all my fees refunded and the use of my information stopped as many boundaries have been crossed, and it isn't worth me loosing out on communication, productivity, privacy, nor profitability. Get it together and let's be reasonable, because these games and obvious avoidance of resolutions is sickening.

Poor coordination

The entire TestFlight process is difficult to navigate, especially when multiple release candidates are involved (i.e. app updates occur). When all about s are submitted and testers assigned, email notices are sent immediately, but in reality testers will not see apps in TestFlight until submitted apps have passed apple’s review process (a second email gets sent at this time). Apps that are updates may not appear if tester is testing previous app candidate. Resend invite option seems to be unavailable for some users (I haven’t figured out the logic yet). In summary, TestFlight has a monopoly on Apple testing, so we muddle through, but the is so much room for improvements in the use experience that it only warrants 2 stars IMO.
