Useless

We use Sysaid's cloud service. This app does not work at all. No tickets display. Cannot add new incidents. Why offer the app if you aren't going to support it or fix the problems? It's industry standard to have a robust mobile app. Every other Service Desk or ITSM service has one and it's one of the biggest reasons I am looking to move away from SysAid. Not having a mobile app is a deal breaker.

App is unusable

The app is unusable. The app isn't designed to accommodate any server side customization. We are not allowed to update tickets at all due to the fact that we have 3rd level subcategories disabled.

Does not work... at all.

Tickets do not show up for our cloud instance. Clicking the filter button causes app to crash. Just pull the APP from the store if you are not going to support it.
