Does what it's suppose to

Not sure why there are bad reviews - I understand that the app doesn't have the full functionality of the SysAid web portal.. however this app is awesome. I can manage my queue, change statuses, and update notes. What else do you want ? Good job SysAid!

Amazing

I have been waiting for this app ever since I got the email telling me about it and what can I say, a free app for a platform that has revolutionized the way our IT team helps the company is just amazing! Free too! Thank you ilient! And for the reviewers that are saying it doesn't work: try putting the full URL in with the port number at the end. That worked for me, thank you again ilient!!!

Awsome!!

Finally a way to manage tickets on the go. This makes it so easy to keep up with everything. Just got done closing a ticket on site - awsome. No more running back to my desk or wasting time on an enduser's machine. I have been a Loyal Sysaid user since 2004 and love it!!
