Not impressed by the weather section of your new app. No mention of dew points, which is more important than “feels like” temperature for accuracy. I personally will no longer be using it as my first choice for weather. Also unimpressive is the cartoon represention of the “rotating radar beam.” First response: disappointed at best. I rely on Spectrum weather on tv- this app falls way short of the previous one; sorry you foisted the new one on us. Too bad

I often can't sit in the front of the TV, so I am grateful for something with which I can get local updates.
Also, would you please make a widget for SpectrumNews13 on iOS? Thanks.

This used to be my go to app for news. SpectrumNews13 needs to be overhauled to fit the X,Xs, and Xs Max and now the XR phones. The iPhone X has been out for over a year now and SpectrumNews13 has not kept up with the times. Please update SpectrumNews13 to take advantage of the full screen available on the models mentioned.

Now when you open SpectrumNews13 a full screen add pops up that cannot be closed, you just have to wait for it to go away ( don’t be fooled by the arrow button). It also pops back up at various points while you are using SpectrumNews13 . Not at all what I thought the Spectrum News 13 team was about. I deleted SpectrumNews13 .

All you get most times when trying to read the news is a pretty white page with no content.
There may be a worse app out there, I just haven’t found it. This issue has been reported in the past and never fixed.

Weather is fair- don't rely on it in a hurricane. Political news is typical slanted and jaded. Clearly one-sided. Story on Dolphin Research Center had incorrect info provided regarding it being a retirement home for show dolphins?? Wrong!!
I am a member of the center. It could have been a good story if the important parts of the center were highlighted.

Either fix your weather map or take it down . Most of Florida is covered in red and violet and it’s clear and sunny. Third time I’ve tried to fix the problem by deleting SpectrumNews13 and reloading it! I give up! Channel 9 works fine!
Wish it would rain
I was excited to see channel 13 had an app for I phones. Maybe it's just that my phone is older (4s) but when you want to read an article, the writing is so small it's difficult to read without making it bigger then it won't fit and you have to keep sliding it side to side. I have other news apps and they don't have that problem. I hope they can correct that issue.

...at all. Wanted to keep up with hurricane coverage from out of town, nothing but a white screen when I tried to watch “Live”. Switching back to the WFTV app.

SpectrumNews13 is good, but not nearly as good as the other Spectrum News app that’s serves the other Spectrum markets. Please update SpectrumNews13 to the quality of the other News app.

I downloaded SpectrumNews13 to help with Hurricane Irma but got NOTHING out of it. What a waste of effort. Glad I didn't pay anything for it.

News 13 offers many news stories on a variety of topics. I get much of my local and state news and weather from News 13. I wanted and expected to like SpectrumNews13 . Alas, I'm disappointed with the News 13 Plus app.
I clicked on all the news stories. Each one loads the News 13 actual web site, ads and all. The text is very small and impossible to read without pinch and zoom in my iPhone. Additionally, SpectrumNews13 does not allow for the user to double tap the screen to auto adjust the text.
Additionally, the radar weather appears to be a snapshot or screenshot from their web site. The radar is not live.
Other local news outlets offer apps with content within the native app and live radar.
News 13 needs to transform its news and weather content to work in the native app and not act as a link to its web site. I will check back occasionally for fixes. In the meantime, I'll get my news and weather elsewhere (at lest on my iPhone).

Error fetching information message is strange because there are current headlines on startup even tho you get that error message yet when you go to read an article the error message appears before the article loads
