3 years agoboa noite meu spamdrain esta para vencer mas queria saber se voces podem baixar mais o valor pelo meu calculo subiu o valor do dolar e tambem se tivesse jeito de parcelar as parcelas gosto do programa mas se tivesse um preço mais acessivel aguardo sua resposta.

Poor Tech Support
I have had SpamDrain for years and have been happy with it. Recently I renewed my subscription and as soon as I did I noticed that it was no longer filtering my spam. I tried troubleshooting it on my own without success. At that point I decided to get in touch with tech support. The first thing I noticed was that it was incredibly hard to find the link that would get me in direct communication with a technician. I had to go through FAQs before I stumbled across an email address for tech support. I described the problem and a tech wrote back that there was no email listed to be filtered. That didn’t make sense to me but I tried following the steps that he suggested and when that didn’t work I took a screenshot of the failure screen and sent it to the tech by email. That was 2 weeks ago and I never heard back. Poor tech support and poorer customer service. I would like a refund of my money.

Customer support does not exist.
I have been a customer for two years and one day the app stop working. After hours trying to resolve issue to discover Customer Support does not exist and little data about trouble shooting. Why have a business and not provide customer support. They will only respond with, all trouble tickets are closed. Of course there is not a trouble ticket due to login to customer support does not work. I have the latest iPhone so it’s not my smart phone. Hello clueless owner. Provide two options at least for customer support. Spamdrain just lost a paying customer due to not providing basic assistance. Run from this app. Don’t give them your money!!!!

Very upset, app absolutely not working at all
I have the same issues as William. The auto response is NOT helpful at all. The response to his complaint seems like another auto response, which again is NOT helpful. I have emailed three times asking for assistance, same auto response. I paid for two emails and my money was accepted quickly but auto response directions to add email was not clear and just didn't help. I'm sorry but I've had it up to here. All of this nonsense started in March 2021 and it's now June 2021. No resolution, no useful contact. I want my money back.
