If u dont like paying for good but very simple information then I suggest this isnt for u but all in all the free version isnt bad either if u want the minimal useful information. Soap provided me a simple and easy way to manage my social media accounts and have a deeper and better knowledge of them too. I will say though I wish I can manage multiple accounts at once, but I dont opt to other apps because Soap gives me and shows me what I want that I cant find in other places. I love the analytics, insights, and engagment they promised to show me. I reccomend this for social media. Who wouldnt wanna see their overall engagement rate? that really matters to me when I use social media since I have a huge amount of followers and im based on follower to engagement rate, this is a very useful app to me. Love it. Very useful. Also I dont think any other app has done it this way? But i havent came across other apps similar to this once, social bolt is unique in its own way. Awesome app.

The entire UI is pleasant and easy to use, but I have to say one of the great perks is the ability to schedule posts I create using Pablo through Social Bolt, and the “Social Bolt it” link that appears when you hover over photos in your browser! Not to mention the great functionality and UI for the iPhone app. It’s easy to see what posts you have scheduled, and that’s in the free version (which does not offer a calendar view). Since I work with a non-profit organization, it was imperative that I keep any social media costs down, and other social media management tools no longer offer a free version and if they do the functionality is basically useless. Thanks, Social Bolt, for making my life easier!

I was recommended this application by my close friend who uses this for his business and sometimes his personal social media. After reviewing and using this application myself I can conduct this review. I really appreciate the features that are provided. This application holds information, insights, and analytics for understaning my accounts better. The informations are very useful for my business accounts. In my opinion it is a product better used by businesses because of the price, it would be a bit expensive for the normal person but if you can purchase it, then it is worth it. This is an A1 product in my book, I recommend this to the next person. Awesome application, thank you!

I usually use Soap on a daily basis because of the benefit it provides me for my knowledge on my business social media accounts. I do not write reviews on everything I use but Soap deserves a review. My rating is a 5 star because Soap is very useful with great information. The analytics are wonderful. I have a more serious understanding and now I do not have to guess what my engagement rate is, average comments:total comments are and these things are useful for the way my business is set up, very great application, I recommend this application. 

$70 bucks a month is way too much for the information you receive. Things like who visited your page last or who visits the most are okay but that info can be found on other apps for less than half the price. There are other analytics such as a summary of how many likes and shares your posts on FB generated but, really, I can get that info on my own. Also, I often got kicked off after a few seconds of accessing this info. After the first day of the trying it out on trial, I canceled. It’s just not a good value, IMO and the useful info can be gotten within a few minutes anyway.

For obvious reasons it’s not in the best interest of the developer to make it easier for you to cancel but you don’t need to go thru them to do so.

Here’s how to cancel your subscription on iPhone:

1. Go to settings-[your name]-iTunes & App Store.

2. Tap your Apple ID at the top of the screen.

3. Tap View Apple ID. You might need to authenticate your Apple ID here.

4. Tap Subscriptions.

5. Tap the subscription you want to manage (Social Bolt in this case).

6. Choose cancel subscription.

I’ve been reading the reviews for Soap and for the most part everything seems relatively fine except that it is a little expensive. After downloading it and using it I’ve realized that it is a little expensive.. I don’t mind the price but if you’re not willing to pay then don’t get it, in general Soap is excellent and very useful to me. Thanks Social Bolt Team!

Saw Soap being sponsored by an Instagram account as “a way to see who’s stalking you.” As a girl, I obviously thought this was pretty neat and decided to download it. Basically it just shows you who “interacts” with your profile the most- meaning who likes and comments the most. Soap does not tell you it costs anything when you’re downloading it and then out of nowhere you get a $70 charge to your account. This was super frustrating as Soap gives you absolutely no useful information that you can’t already figure out yourself and then charges you out of the blue. This is a scam. Would never recommend this to anyone.

Okay so Soap overall is alright. The price though is unnecessarily overpriced. I personally don't really mind the price IF it gave more info on everything than simple overviews. From my experience there's no easy call access to CANCEL your subscription/trial, other than an email which obviously takes a min of a day to reply. So I would have to give it a low starring due to horrible customer service and basic app gadgets. There's also some terms on there that I personally don't know what they are so giving percentages for that is kind of confusing.

I tested out several platforms for managing multiple social media accounts simultaneously, and Social bolt is hands down the all-around best! The number of features you get for the price is unbeatable, built in analytics help save time on third-party apps. Simply put, the ROI you get when using this platform vs other platforms or not using on at all is substantial and a no-brainer!

Absolutely amazing application, by far the best social media managing app I've ever came across and I've been through various social media managing applications on Soap Store. It cures my curiosity and I think it's actual. It's very neat and has a clean feel. Soap completes me and I'm able to manage my accounts so much more easily. Life made simple! Soap is OK at best, it shows top 5 or so of who likes the most of your posts and who your top followers are. If you want to view more than 5, you have to pay $70 a month. $70!!!! That is ridiculous. Completely unrealistic for any normal person to use.

You can tell they paid a lot of people to leave nice reviews for this. I deleted it after 2 minutes once i realized you cannot do anything with Soap. Now they got my account information. Thanks for that!

Ok first off it only shows the top 5 people and to see more you have to pay $70!!! That’s overpriced on a fricking APP honestly that just says it all and it has your account info so it can like do stuff... Soap is a freaking scam and the developer obviously just wants money 🙄 and don’t try to reply on my review talking about some “oh I’m sorry you felt that way about our app come to our website to learn more!” Like no stupid fix the freaking app but of course you won’t do that because your money hungry. I’m reporting Soap.

So a couple weeks ago I guess Soap Store dropped Social Bolt because it was expired or something. Now it’s back and the ‘who has interacted with my profile recently’ is not working. I’ve paid for it and everything but it is just a blank page? I know I have people interacting with my Twitter since I get friend requests hourly sooooo if anyone from Social Bolt sees this please get in touch with me

I’ve been missing out. It’s made things so much easier for me. perfect for seeing who unfollowed you, who is not following you back and the premium option gives you so much more to look at even your best followers and admirers!!
