I can accept some limitations imposed by SmartOffice , such as the limited availability of track changes viewing options, but what makes SmartOffice completely unusable is that it displays no footnotes. Absolutely dead on arrival given most of my clients use footnotes to annotate documents.

All the things I needed to do in one place? But alas, I can't set up the darn thing! THERE's NO KEY THAT WAS SENT TO ME.... Please, someone brighter than I tell me where it is! I've scoured the emails for it, but it's not there! HELP!!!

Thought I would finally be able to edit my documents on the go. Wrong! Downloaded app and tried to set up but you have to have an Access Key, which is supposed to be provided by your IT admin. Don't have one because for personal use??? Too bad! Don't waste your time or patience!

Don't bother downloading this unless you know what GOOD DYNAMICS actually is. As soon as you open SmartOffice they want your email address and an ACCESS KEY which you can apparently get from your IT Administrator which he will find in some email he has.

SmartOffice Store says the version is free, but I am not able to use SmartOffice because I don't have an access key. I'm not sure how I'm supposed to use SmartOffice if I can install it, but not use it.

Exactly the same issue as the previous reviewer. It says this is a free app but then it asks you for an access key and there are no instructions or further info.

You are supposed to receive an email from admin for log in information email never came... Waste of time!!
