What is Resco?
Resco Mobile CRM is a mobile application that allows users to access their CRM data on the go. No love support, at least not here in the United States. Does integrate well with or at all with Salesforce. If you run into a problem as I did, communication is by email only with at least a 24 hour delay. Save your time and money.

Hopefully msft will develop one of their own but for free, this is ok. I mostly just need it for account lookup and am having some difficulty with viewing scheduled service calls that i can see via the web interface but the developers are generally responsive on their forum. Not bad for the price and i haven't found anything better.

Just installed and connected to CRM server, so far it seems pretty good I am able to see current data and add updates. If this works well it will be very impressive. Will post updates if any problems found. But so far very nice app.

Also has a fairly powerful feature set and they continuously update Resco . Almost every 2 months there's a new update with major features.

We've been working with Dynamics CRM since 2009. The absence of a true "mobile" solution from Microsoft has definitely been a barrier. While MS has (finally) added some mobile capabilities, by far the customizations and enablement we can do in this app for our team far outpace what Microsoft can deliver today.

We tested this app vs. other options and this app clearly won out. Their Woodford tool is VERY easy to use to create and edit the system to push out to users. The user interface is excellent for mobile individuals. Our team prefers this iPad app over CRM on their laptops. Integration with maps is excellent.
Clearly the best option out there for Mobile CRM.
Best of all... Customer Service is excellent! They will help you figure out any issues you have.

Wow! This product runs circles around the Microsoft App. It's actually usable and allows quick searches, adding and editing of just about any record in Microsoft Dynamics CRM online. Great job!!!

BEWARE If your employer tells you to install Resco. They will use it to track your phone day and night by the gps even if you turn the gps off. And they can also monitor all your phone calls as well 24-7 but the conveniently forget to tell you that. So AZ employees BEWARE!!!! They know where you are day and night, even on your days off they track where your at.

Looks like everything works well except for the map function. This gets fixed it should be a 5 star.

Worked for me the first time I synched up. Half the battle is setting up your CRM server correctly. I would of given 5 stars if maps worked.

This is by far the best app for Microsoft Dynamics CRM. No other mobile crm app for any provider has this many features and is so customizable. Maps are great!!! A++ work!

Was working fine until latest update. Now when I sync it just crashes. Uninstalled and reinstalled, same result.

I wish this app would have explained the following...
-None of this app's CRM programs support custom entities or fields.
-You cannot change which fields you want to view/hide on the iPhone
-It only shows entity contact info and does not show entity description fields like entity type, spouse, job title, etc.
-The only way to customize the viewed fields/entities is to pay close to $20K for their "end-user friendly" software to create your own app or pay someone else who has already purchased it to do it for you at a premium.
If none of the above is a problem for you, then the interface is quite intuitive and you will like it. Make sure you add the https:// to the front of your server address though!
