So my question why is it so complicated, with check in, I need 2 times to check in not one time. Like when I have a report you check in and in the lower right site there is an other check in. And when I’m done work I need to check out two times, sometimes is working the check out, but I get a call from Manager, telling me you have not check out, and I know I push the button, but NO again, sound like I forget, when there is only one this will not happen, in a other company’s you check one time done.
I worked in the past with other companies and was much simpler. One time , and when I make a mistake I can push a button” problem”and write example like :I write “wrong time”,or whatever and done. This is the biggest issue, the check in and out need to get better.
2 steps for what, so why so complicated, in my view I recommend other ones not this one.

Our team loves RepslyClassic . We don’t know what life was like before Repsly but we never want to go back. We work faster, and smarter. And it’s a great tool for build healthy competition amongst our reps!

When I navigate to a specific address, RepslyClassic takes me to a neighborhood rather than the correct address displayed. Can we fix this

All I can see is my activity. Cant see any of my co workers activity. Also, it seems like every other work, RepslyClassic crashes and have to wait at least 24 hours before it starts working agai

Compelled to write this review after the features I depend on to streamline my prospecting have quit working.

As I write this I’m reminded of another short-coming of RepslyClassic - it is locked into portrait orientation so using a physical keyboard for data entry is compromised.

The two features I have used in the past but am no longer able to get to work are the Search feature for looking up prospect information based on name (when it doesn’t exist in the limited database - searches used to bring up something, now it’s just a blank screen), and the fill fields feature for prospect address information.

Since the search function is broken, you are forced to enter everything manually, and the afore-mentioned portrait lock means you have to use the onscreen keyboard with all of it’s limitations.

The address lookup function also seems broken - as you tap the address into the field it does pull up matching results, but when you select one of those results it isn’t selected or populated into the contact information fields, you end up back where you started.

Never have been a fan of this company mandated app, but now it really has put a bottleneck in my working day (I’m not the only one in the company who is experiencing these issues.)

Unable to start day on my iPhone after last update. Also please eliminate the right-left swiping feature. Really annoying. Try zooming in and out of a location while using your map, for instance. The sidebar will swipe back and forth as a result which makes finding locations and zooming in and out on the map very difficult and extra time consuming.

Lastly, while completing survey, if I left RepslyClassic for one second and came back, it would send me back to intro screen instead of allowing me to access the page I was just at. That also didn’t happen before.

Latest update a bust

Text input is buggy. When selecting a word through predictive text and then hitting 'space', Repsly backspaces instead of inserting a space. Also, when using autocorrect it eliminates the space between that word and the next. Incredibly frustrating.
Adding a location through the map is also a joke, as many business locations will not populate or come up in a keyword search.
The mileage tracker is glitchy as well, never mind the fact that it uses kilometers while in the US. RepslyClassic frequently quits recording mileage while traveling and sometimes totally resets in the middle of the day.

RepslyClassic is supposed to track all my mileage for my job but when it crashes in between my stores and stops tracking my miles it screws me out of vehicle compensation, or crashing on my way home and I loose 30+ miles being tracked, this application has continued to crash for no apparent reason for over 2 years even with all the updates. And it can’t be blamed on lost cell signal because I have mobile WiFi in my car so I am always connected

RepslyClassic is great for a busy sales rep with doesn't love CRM. My company insisted we use one and this one is great. Simple and easy to use. Without all the unneeded tech.

Two things that stand out which I want the most is Google Calendar integration and the option to use Google Maps over Apple Maps when tapping the navigation option when under a store/location profile.

I use repsly with my sales force And works great. Ease to recollect info instantly. Also nice interfaz And easy to used. Definitely great app to have in your bussines

I love RepslyClassic for work. It's nice having all my info organized and in one place

Don’t let woorking.

When taking a picture please move the done or check out choice. If app is thinking too long and I press done too many times, it checks me out of the account.
