Rep - Influencer Marketing Reviews

Can’t do any of the paid offers because it would like me to connect my stripe account so I make one and connect it BUT stripe wants me to fill out a authentication survey and I’m finals that but the survey is about details about your business and where you work and your business how if you’re an influencer you’re not a business and so how are you supposed to fill that out if you’re not a business and if you don’t fill out you can’t do anything for paid offers I’ve contacted them by phone they’re not available I’ve contacted them in Rep no response are used the option to put in a credit card thinking I could get around using stripe with that no that does nothing so what is your credit card for I don’t know I want explanation but as I said no response also it would be great if y’all could just hook up PayPal and also let influencers win they apply for a collaboration write a note to the company in the process I EXPECT A RESPONSE FROM DEVELOPER but the idea is great if they don’t respond to this I would gladly go on my Instagram and instead of promote the company I’ll gladly do you know yet and explaining how you can’t even do the main thing advertises if you want just a normal influencer

Rep is an amazing idea, but it needs to be tweaked. For one, we should be able to filter our Offers, by Paid, Free, and PPC. As well as being able to delete Offers we aren't interested in so they don’t take up space. Offers should also have a time limit for the brand to accept. I’ve seen several brands that haven’t been online in over a month. If the brand is looking for a specific number of influencers it should also say “(5) Spots Left!” or something around those lines. Also, alot of the Offers are engagement groups, which are great, don’t get me wrong, but they shouldn’t be in the Offers. Offers should be reviewed before being posted. As for the bulletin board, posts should be organized from most recently posted to least. I keep seeing old posts just because some one commented on them. Also, the filter for the bulletin board doesn't work. I really like Rep but it needs to be tweaked

Rep is absolute supporter! With one text and less than a minute they respond to any kind of question you have! Which is awesome! I already had 2 brands collaboration and I’m enjoying it! Try it if you are a new influencer! And do the payment part for bigger brands if you’re a known one! :)

Hello my name is Zachary Tushaus I recently downloaded your app and started a campaign that eventually costed me 25$ to start. Without realizing and being notified, my card was charged the 25$ and it startled me. Soon after that I decided I would start a campaign with a 50$ budget, after starting the campaign I promptly ended it and I now have 75$ less than when I first downloaded your app. Where did my money go after I ended the campaign?? You owe me almost 80$ and you haven’t gotten back with any emails, phone calls, direct messages on Instagram or any other platforms. I would give Rep a zero star but apple doesn't allow that.

Don’t download or install Rep if don’t want to get charged for no reason.
I added my card and paid for one service to open names of inluencers. Later i was charged additionally for 2 services I never ordered. I wrote 2 email to support and haven’t received any response. I disputed the payments and that never was resolved after 2 weeks. Rep doesn’t allow to delete a payment card unless you add another one, so there is always risk that there will be additional unexpected charges. Since I haven’t received any responses to my disputes, I deactivated my account and deleted my app. Be careful with it.

So I decided to join Rep because I was needing help growing my IG account, I figured what better way then to ask different influencers how they did it. And individually start my own path with doing it. Well that was a bust!! In order to conversat with anyone on Rep or even leave comments you have to have a following number of 1k or more. Seriously!!! What kind of crap is that?? You have people joining Rep to possibly help them in making money and gaining more followers and your screwing them over.

Rep is amazing! However, I’m both an influencer and brand owner. I wish there was away to switch back and forth between the two accounts instead of deactivating one and starting as the other! Will there be away that this could happen more smoothly?

Im new right now, but so far it’s easy to learn. I’m just waiting if I get accepted to any offers. Somehow I am having trouble with my profile where It states it’s private even after I JUST changed my Instagram account to public and restarted everything. Other than that, everything is good so far.

Rep is a great starting point if you're looking to have sponsors for your new (not so famous) blog. Not super big brands ( that I've seen yet) but there's some startups companies that are willing to work with you for a little incentive, exchanges or collaborations that can make your blog look more professional.

I dipped my toes into Rep as a brand looking for influencers. I did a “free” gig with about twelve influencers.

I am looking forward to upping my game and hiring ($$$) more targeted influencers.

Many of the influencers are young and new and are still learning their game but if their audience is your target market, what better way to engage them?

Or rather, I can get them sent to me for free. Why? Because I believe in the gig economy, in getting paid for sharing my art, my thoughts and my alleged influence. this app is the only one for me...

Be cool. Or not. You still get paid if people hear or see you.

Love the analytics provided on Rep. It is very easy for me to determine which influencers will be the best fit to this app our brand. I get clear insights into the engagement of each of the potential influencers and it makes it incredibly easy to reach out and establish communication with them. Great job!

I've only been on Rep for, a week maybe? And I've already had two brands contact me. One paying my full rate. I like the campaign feature too. It's not a ton of money but you can choose to participate if you want extra cash !

Rep is great for you wanting to improve your platforms in social media & make money improving other brands' platforms. Definitely recommend if you're trying to network!

I am a brand and I had 30 influencers request and be accepted in to my collabs and only ONE actually messaged me back. Also, the feature of leaving reviews without even working with someone is very strange. It needs to be fixed so that you can only rate if finished the collab. I feel like Rep is more for socializing and not getting much accomplished. ☹️

We send hundreds of free products to influencers and a lot of them are flaky or do not deliver their promise.

I wish there was a way to hold them accountable. For example, if a influencer agrees to a campaign to get a free product, a brand should be able to upload a tracking link. If the tracking link shows delivered the influencer has max 3 days to deliver their post. If they fail to do so, they need to be penalized for it by banning them temporarily.

Not sure how you hate on Josh or the rest of the guys from this app! They’re great people trying to organize an entire market! They’re going to do big things and Rep will only grow, best to download asap and secure you’re spot on the ride! :)

I wish it’s more user friendly. We should be able to edit our profile from brand to influencer and vice versa. I can’t edit my profile name. I can’t even add accounts. It would say “something went wrong. Try again later.” I’ve tried it for 3 days. Make it better please!

I’m using Rep as a Brand and I constantly am having to force stop Rep and redo whatever i was doing because I’ll get constant error messages. Also can’t send a direct offer. It had an error message every single time. Rep in general is just not very user friendly.

I haven’t had Rep for very long, but the opportunities and amount of connections that are out in front of you are incredible! The platform is easy to navigate and it’s super easy to get started!
