While this application is great to review your energy usage and pay your bill, I find that there are a lot of bugs using this application on the iPhone operating system. Almost every time I open up Reliant and login, I get an error message saying the site is down for maintenance when they are not. I am forced to completely close down Reliant and from running in the background well attempting to open it and login once more before it will actually let me into the site to review any information. I have noticed that I receive constant notifications once logged in informing me that my last months energy usage was higher than the previous months when this is not accurate and every time I ignore or close the message it always returns.

Love Reliant - fixed all the bugs and VERY easy to navigate now. I can log on with Touch ID so I don’t have to remember user name and password. I can check my usage, my expiration date, even my full pdf bill - which I was impressed with. Way to go this app!

Reliant is so convenient and easy to use, however it’s ALWAYS shut down for maintenance...ugh
It’s so inconvenient, because you guys will send me a email letter letting me know my energy amount Is low... I’ll go to Reliant to put money on my account and it’s shut down. So now I have to live in fear on rather or not my light are going to turned off. So I have to call in and oooooo. Can you please do maintenance in the middle of the night???

Reliant is no bueno ! The other day I had to pay my bill so I did it through the this app app. I payed the amount I was suppose to pay and out of no were it processed TWICE !!! Making me pay double.
I went to my bank to claim this and I got my money back, and this app took it back again and also took $11 u don’t know why but this freaking app did it.
I called them to make a concern about my money and there app and they told me I needed service calling me old but I am 28 ! I know how technology works and everything but Reliant sucked and I had to pay them back no matter what.
DO NOT DO YOUR PAYMENTS THROUGH Reliant!!!!

I usually love Reliant, but our account is now overdue and due to a(nother) hack to our bank account, I now have a new card to add, but I am unable to access to pay. It’s telling me there’s a comport glitch or something like that. I don’t want our electricity shut off just because I can’t access my account on Reliant ...

I needed to move my service to a new location, not only did they have a way to do it on Reliant it was easy. I didn’t have to talk to anyone to get it done. Staying with this app for sure!

Excellent working app with good information and productivity. I previously had technical issues with Reliant but customer service was very responsive and replied back with clarifying information and the issue has been resolved.

With the this app App on my smartphone it’s so easy to keep up with my electric service. Reliant is so user friendly and handy! My payment options are safely stored on my phone and with one touch I’m paid. Love this! Thank you this app.

I’ve been a this app Customer for over 25 years and never had any issues and love the plans they offer which is easy specially with there application!

I’ve used app for a while, and it is helpful. It used to work with Touch ID on my iPhone; then for a while it said it worked, but still always asked for my password; now I don’t see Touch ID mentioned at all. Did you remove this feature?

The this app app makes it easy to manage my account, pay and view bills, see estimated usage to more effectively monitor my monthly bills, as well as, the new feature with the nest thermostat is super cool!

I too am having the issue with not being able to view my usage. I just recently join this app Energy and I was excited about seeing my usage for about two days and then that feature stopped working. Other than that, Reliant is rather nice.

What did you guys do?! It was easier to use before you did the last update. Now I don’t know offhand what my bills going to be I literally have to add everything up in order to find out what my bills possibly going to be. Why did you guys do this stuff? It was so much better two updates ago.

App states that Business accounts are not supported. As a small business that is sole proprietor it is extremely important to monitor costs and budget. I am always on the go with my kids and their sports or ag. At my business I spend most time assisting customers and do not have much time at a computer. The ease of being mobile is necessary to me. This feature needs to be added.

I have not had many issues with my IPhone 7 and Reliant, until now.
My main issue is the Nest thermostat section of Reliant will not work and/or sync to the Thermostat. It will either say sync success and nothing happens or it says disabled.
I sent an email to mobile@ this app and no response

I can’t imagine why this app even offers Reliant for download. It simply does not work. I’ve never been able to log in—not even once. I just get the “Oh, snap” error message, and that’s it. I deleted it because it’s a complete waste. this app should probably remove it from Reliant Store until their developers can come up with something that actually works. So disappointing!

Great app to track usage and pay - Easy to use

Paying my bill was super quick, it’s crazy.

I’ve been using Reliant for over two months and all of a sudden I get an error message stating that Reliant isn’t for “non smart meter” customers. Really? I can’t use Reliant now and have to login on the website which doesn’t provide as much info as Reliant did. It’s been fine until 4 days ago.

The daily and weekly usage graph quit working on March 7th 2018. I reported this to this app. It has been a couple of days and the graphs are still not working. Is anyone else having similar issues with the usage graphs? Is this a technical issue that will be fixed soon?

I’ve had a notification on my app for over a week and it refuses to go away. I’ve emailed, called and reported the problem with no success. Please fix.

Reliant is easy to use to pay my bills and manage my energy usage. I highly recommend.

I can do everything I need to do on Reliant. Pay my bill, check my usage, renew my plan, and even connect to my home security and NEST.

Fourth time reinstalling, just to be able to log in.

Edit: Reliant was updated to support Face ID! So much better!

The dashboard has been revamped and allows me to reorder my preferred services directly on home screen. Also really enjoy the Nest integration.

My app used to work just fine until recently. It logged me out and ever since then it tells me I don’t have an account, but I can log in to the website just fine. Loved using Reliant hopefully this can get fixed
