Most experiences are unreliable rather than reliable. I usually open ReferralMaker to just blank screens no matter what menu navigation I click on, search for, etc. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled ReferralMaker so many times I’ve lost track. It also quite often to stalls out while entering a contact action. But when you try to close out and enter it again, the system now saves with two entries on that particular contact.

I have had a constant problem with ReferralMaker crashing almost immediately upon opening. I’ve closed out of ReferralMaker , re-installed ReferralMaker , nothing seems to fix it.

The CRM itself I would rate higher, but it is still clunky - even if it does look good, the features are still seem to be dragging compared to technology that’s available elsewhere.

I'm very excited to get the updates referral maker app. All of the additional features will be great, when they work. Thus far ReferralMaker is crashing when you click the phone number link from the contact, will not update a contact ranking and other links like email are just not working so they do nothing. I expect a few rounds of updates on a fully revamped version like this, so I'm giving 3 stars because I know eventually this will be an excellent app. That day just isn't today.

Several times I have attempted to open ReferralMaker to retrieve contacts information and it usually shows me a blank screen. Whenever I’m lucky enough to see something on my first screen, the minute I try searching for a contact, it kicks me out of it. It’s frustrating. I’ve tried updating it, deleting it and downloading it again and nothing

I love Referral Maker CRM from Buffini and Company. It enables me to improve how I run my business relationally. Productivity tracking is superb. This CRM is very straightforward and gives a busy Realtor all the tools one needs without the distraction of fluff.

ReferralMaker crashes literally every time I open it. I’ve deleted and reinstalled, reported crashes, etc.

I hope ReferralMaker is updated so that it’s at all functional. Our jobs are to be out and about, and it would be really helpful to have an app to track pipeline, pop bys, and calls.

The purpose of an app is to be able to work and have access to important information on the go. The transactions tab is the PIPELINE -the most important page. There is no way to access the one’s current pipeline through ReferralMaker . I lead gen from my pipeline list and not being able to do this on the go is detrimental to my business.

I’d rate it 4.5 if ReferralMaker didn’t always freeze up when I tried to enter any information and try to save it. The map location for pop by purposes has never worked either but it would be awesome if it did.

I’ve used this for years and love it! Works great on both my iPhone and my iPad as well. Best system for tracking all your numbers.

I like the Buffini system but ReferralMaker is terrible. When I add a contact on the computer it takes days to sync. A customer service company needs better customer service.

I love the buffini systems and the CRM but ReferralMaker is very unstable and needs a lot of work. Mine constantly crashes and works about 20% of the time. If ReferralMaker worked properly it would be amazing. Can't wait until they stabilize the program.

App states it’s compatible with 10.0 software. I have 12.5.3 and it closes down. I can’t use map function.

I love this system but since the update last night it won’t work at all. Please fix!!!

So many glitches, bugs, missing info. Runs slowly.

Mostly works but syncing is a BIG problem. Crashes too on some sessions.

I am paying for one to one coaching and we are encouraged to use the CRM to track our numbers. However, theReferral Maker is buggy. It does not integrate with O365 email accounts/calendars or ShowingTIme. So appointments have to be entered twice: once on ShowingTime & work calendar, then second on RM.

Contacts disappear or reappear between the iOS app and the desktop. When a sale closes and a client has moved/address has changed, I save the new address in RM. When it comes time to print my monthly mailers, the old address is back in there and I either catch it on time or find I have undeliverable mail a few weeks later. So I re-enter it again, sometimes over the course of several months.

Notes and transactions sync sometimes between sessions. So if not, it has to be deleted and/or re-entered. Saved transactions under the transaction tab will sometimes show as both buyer and seller instead of one or the other throwing off my GCI. Again, has to be deleted and re-entered a few times to show correctly.

I have opened a help desk ticket a few times but their response has been everything looks fine, we're not sure why you're having issues. 🤷‍♂️

It should also let you remove certain activities. As a guide ReferralMaker tells you which customer to reach out to and how to do it. However, It will sometimes have me call, pop-by, and write a note to the same client on the same day and then re-populate that person with the same activities the very next week. How many times can I pop by and write a note to the same person in a week?

Syncing should be a given. If I was just paying for the monthly service and mailers not the coaching, syncing issues still need to be resolved.

It never works!!

Would give five stars if I could see my business transactions. Otherwise great access to my Action Center and To-Do list.
