We’ve been looking for a house for about a year. Once a week I roam all the property sites and key in the search specifics over and over. Now, I do it once and it comes to my phone as soon as a new property is added. It’s brilliant. Tx PP for making life easier.

This version of PrivateProperty is supposedly a brand new version from the ground up..are you kidding me! This is the biggest load! Good luck if you play a video within PrivateProperty and try to go back, your screwed and even if you quit PrivateProperty running and return, it takes you back to the video and no way to return. The UI is terrible and the developer should probably test PrivateProperty before releasing. This is a joke!

PrivateProperty functions adequately but I’ve received repeated notifications on the same ‘new property’ every five minutes for the last hour. So annoying. Definitely disabling alerts now, which is a bummer because I would like to know when new property is available in my area.

Forget using PrivateProperty on the iPad, it only works in portrait, that is just poor. Lack of landscape support is just shoddy work.

I've tried PrivateProperty and it's generally good but what I hate is when I see something that looks good and I call to find out about it and the property is already sold - and this has happened EVERY time I have found something worth wanting to find out more about. I could also make a nice database of every home that's NOT for sale - what the heck is the point?! Who is repsonsible for keeping the database updated? I thought PrivateProperty could help save me time in looking for a property - instead it has wasted my time.

PrivateProperty has some potential but it's not ready for prime time yet. It crashes frequently and often returns incorrect search results. Scrolling is sluggish and slowed down by the images. With a little bit more rounding PrivateProperty can get a higher rating, but for now you're better off going to the website directly.

Not much good if I know the reference number and PrivateProperty doesn't have the option to fast track my request. I have to browse all the properties in that area until I find my reference number
Please add this function to make life far simpler for your users

It's too basic for what it is. There is very little advanced architecture behind this and very frustrating for a user that's above the level of a 3rd grader. They need to work on their 2.0 version right away, this one is embarrassing for their developer. Oops, apparently this is the 3rd version, what a money pit of dev time!

The software needs to be updated, it doesn't fit on my Iphone screen. Too small. Also PrivateProperty seems to basic cant perform required functions without searching alloy

New version filter still does not work. Select 4 bedroom houses and it still comes up with 2bed townhouses.
It would also be handy to filter out agent listings. What is the point of private property again? Fix the filter please

When a search criteria isn't entered PrivateProperty will show the error but doesn't have a button to confirm and close the messages. The messages won't go away and then PrivateProperty must be closed within the iPhone control pannel. PrivateProperty is much better on iPad.

It's a shame, as PrivateProperty has much potential. Filters are not so great as properties "not" meeting requirements are still shown. Many of the rentals are difficult to determine a monthly rate as they have very high daily rates that are not specified as daily. Glad to remove it.
