Poster Maker: Flyer Designer! Reviews

It is very aggravating to use because I keep double tapping text and it does absolutely nothing even though I purchased the Pro version. I am getting very annoyed with it and ready to just delete it off of my iPad!

I purchased PosterMaker to help with business.
PosterMaker updated yesterday and now PosterMaker doesn’t work at all.
Prior to the update it was very glitchy, and would shut down in the middle of some projects without saving. If you do save a project before closing, when you open that project, some of the designs change.
Also, It would be great to be able to add photos from specific albums in your camera roll instead of scrolling the minutes at a time. Only keeping it because I already paid for it.

I really like PosterMaker but it lacked some features that I’m looking for like the ability to add sound for the videos within PosterMaker . I had to port the video to another app.

Then after the trial I purchased PosterMaker by mistake trying to see when my trial period ended but decided to keep it.

That’s when all the problems started. I sent an email and got a response but it didn’t help. The flyers I made during the trial when I look at them they look like the flyer but when I open them they are pretty much blank.

I have software on my computer but wanted something on my iPhone for on the run that was simply and nice. At this point I just want to get a refund.

The free version was better and I have the new iPhone 11 so it’s not an old phone issue.

The concept is great and they have cute designs but not enough random or miscellaneous options. My least favorite part is the pop up asking to rate PosterMaker . The music that plays with the pop is loud even with my volume turned down. I can’t find an option to turn sound off. If reviewing PosterMaker doesn’t stop the pop up, I will be canceling my subscription and finding another app.

I’m a little confused as to how this works, there was a soon as I PosterMaker was downloaded to my phone. I opened and it walks you through “your first poster” in a way of how to use PosterMaker . And immediately after that there was this 2 options of how would you like to get charge monthly or weekly. I clicked on restore because there is no option of declining PosterMaker at all. You guys need to put an option of “ no thanks, I don’t want PosterMaker” and I would feel peace of mind. Now I feel like who knows if I will get charge of not... super worried now and very concerned about a bill

I think PosterMaker is great! However I was about to buy the membership but the glitches and PosterMaker crashing made me think about actually buying it! When you want to import picture from you phone to PosterMaker it crashes which mean you can’t customize them yourself. Although they have good templetes it’s sad that you can’t add your own stuff. I’m still willing to keep app and pay if they reach out to me.

The design process was fairly easy to follow. I would like more detailed instruction as I found the design selection limiting, I.e. the text selected for the original design was impossible to find in the huge list of fonts - or else I didn’t know how to find it. Not enough instruction. I did not check out the premium package so maybe more options are available. I would use PosterMaker again if I needed another poster design.

I just made the one poster so far but I also would like to be able to cut an item out of a photo I’m using with some sort of trimming capability. Just a suggestion. And maybe a feature where I can place images in specific layers and choose its transparency and which comes first, second, etc.

Apart from crashing every time you look at the stickers, PosterMaker lags like crazy. It’s so unresponsive and takes FOREVER to work on one little thing. I’ve restarted project over 5 times. I do not understand what is wrong with this but I paid $40 for a crap app. Seriously save yourself do not buy PosterMaker there’s better much more responsive ones out there. I’d give this a zero star rating but it doesn’t let me. You app developers for PosterMaker need to fix it or give us our money back this is ridiculous. #notimpressed #fixthisfailure #canceled

Very easy to use but it doesn't save your work and there is an annoying play option which doesn't stop while your working on your poster. After an hour of something simple becoming difficult and time consuming I finally finished one poster but since it doesn't let you save you need to print asap before closing :/ so much potential for PosterMaker too :(

I paid for PosterMaker. Sometimes it says that I didn’t pay for it and it wants me to pay for it again. Sometimes it force closes before I finish my work and doesn’t say my work or give me a chance to save it before hand. It’s very frustrating if it worked properly it would be perfect.

I love PosterMaker because they are very diverse with there background themes and have amazing features to use such as taking away the background from photos

Did the free trial, have to cancel at least 24 hours before trial ends, you then lose the rest of the trial period. But the catcher is you can’t cancel. I clicked on the restore, thinking maybe there would be options, nope, just bought a week, it says to go to settings and opt out of the auto renew, there is no option. Sent a message 3 days ago, still no response. Poor set up, but they know how to steal your money.

Easy to use, very friendly, I did haven’t has any skill when I used it for first time but that no was a problem, 100% recommended.

Super disappointed with PosterMaker because it has so many bugs not only that but I did the trial and was told I was gonna pay 8 a week after the trial was over if I wanted to keep it, turns out they charged me for the whole year upfront. Customer service is bad as well, reached out to them about the situation and they never responded back. If I can rate 0 stars I would.

Great App, but there’s NOT a great representation of different cultural celebrations/anniversaries, for example, Lunar New Year was JUST updated, However Black History Month, Juneteenth is NOT represented, App continue to freeze.

I don’t like how everything has to be paid for. I cant find one template that doesn’t ask to make u pay for the “full experience”. When you decide to make your own from scratch all the tools like “shapes” also ask you to do the same. there’s no point in making PosterMaker download part free if none of the features on PosterMaker are...

Great app but I think for someone like me who probably would only use it maybe twice a year it’s way too costly. Maybe they should have a pay per use charge instead...

Everything everything you need like a professional!

I paid for PosterMaker and every single time I click on the settings icon, PosterMaker shuts down. Very disappointed. Also, when saving a draft, it saves in the correct format. However, when you open the draft to continue editing, ALL of the fonts are changed (size, type, placement, etc). Absolutely terrible! Do not waste your money!

If it was easy to change the text size PosterMaker would be one star better. Also there is no way to save what you're working on and come back to it later. Otherwise this is hands down an amazing app.

PosterMaker FORCES you to either choose a weekly or yearly subscription before you can use PosterMaker (free 3 days, but really two it you’re trying to cancel) For anyone that would like to unsubscribe to this awful scam. Go to your account settings in PosterMaker STORE and check under subscriptions. There is no option on PosterMaker itself to unsubscribe.

No snag to fit option?? Trying to position photos straight on a phone or device, nearly impossible. Much necessary feature for a poster app. HELLOo! App crashes every time I even look at the stickers. Cool app but not work the money. I’d probably buy for a flat $1.99.

PosterMaker is easy to use, the designs are beautiful before upgrading to premium and its easy to navigate through everything.

I did my free 3day trial just fine . Once I purchased PosterMaker though, it doesn’t work . I keep trying to use it, it shows that it’s locked . Once I hit purchase again, it says I already purchased the trial smh . Idk . I’m going to just cancel it

This a great app, worked perfect for my bday invites but I’m confused on where to go to cancel my subscription. Can you provide a more detailed list on how to do so.

DO NOT DOWNLOAD PosterMaker. I tried everything. Including reaching out to the developer, and they don’t even respond. Keeps asking for another $35. But says I’m already subscribed till November 2019. Won’t let me use any of the locked items. There should be NO locked items as you took my $35 TWICE!! No refund either when I asked for it. DO NOT DOWNLOAD.
