I’ve been using Payrollguru for 3 years now and it has always been of great help to calculate my checks.
It may be off by no more than $10 but that has more to do with jobs take a few more dollars here and there for taxes than Payrollguru . Best advice is to download Payrollguru and make sure you put in any additional taxes or withholdings in your settings to get an accurate amount. Only thing I wish Payrollguru had was holiday pay section. It would just make it a little easier to calculate checks if holiday pay was an option.

I've been using Payrollguru for the past couple of years. The last update was in December of 2013! Like holy cow! It shouldn't of taken this long for an update. A yearly update would even satisfy me, but none the less it does the job for me and gets pretty close to what my paychecks are. They're not completely 100% accurate but its usually no more than either a couple dollars higher or lower. But all in all, glad to see Payrollguru is still supported!

Payrollguru is so helpful to me. I am able plan out my bills, money to save, etc. It has become one of the most important apps on my phone.
The customer service team is great. There was an issue with Payrollguru not calculating my state tax deductions, and I emailed them, took a little bit of time, but they got it resolved, and Payrollguru is back to being accurate as always.

I have used Payrollguru for a few years and recently had an issue after an update. I messaged their customer service team and they figured out what the problem was quickly and kept me in the loop every step of the way! So thankful for the support and quick response! Excellent app and wonderful customer service!

App works good so far but it don't save hourly rate in profiles so you have to change it for different employees. Also it doesn't automatically keep up with the paid to date, you have to manually add it up and change it.

I pay my nanny each week using Payrollguru. Makes calculating withholding easy! Thanks!

I spent the $5 for Payrollguru and it won't let me choose options in settings but it seems to work on my iPad pro. Please update the iPhone.

I like Payrollguru but what I don’t like is I can’t change the taxes for the state of AZ.
Any one know how?

It worked for a day after I bought it and now crashes instantly when I try to open it.

Wish that it saved data to be exported. Would make it great.

I used to use Payrollguru every month but since 2 months ago I'm receiving an error message even with the paid version every time I try.

How can you not add decimals for your hours worked? I’m trying to get down the dollars and cents over here.

If you create an ability to email pay check details, why wouldnt you include basic information such as the pay period? This is an ok app, but the same thing Payrollguru does for 5 bucks can be calculated on line for nothing. Update to include pay period information and retain pay period information, and this will be at least useful.

Washington state now collects tax for WAPFML (Washington paid family medical leave). This applies to all employees. Please update! Useless without this change.

App needs to save or export entries and do a YTD.

Excellent app and the only one I have tried that met my needs. I needed an app that would allow for overtime and double time as well as both pre and post tax deductions. This one has it all. Simple to set up my profile, then I just plug in my hours and it calculates my pay within a dollar. My employer rounds federal withholding or it would be to the penny. That would be a nice feature for the next update. Highly recommended.

Great app. I've been cautiously changing my w-4s to receive more net pay. Otherwise the gov't uses it all year with no interest. Also very helpful for projected budgets as my weekly income is always different. A major change in lifestyle and living on less (Dave Ramsey student) has caused my wife & I to increase our net worth $100,000+ in 26 months and still going. Payrollguru is a great tool to help with some of this.
