It’s super basic. I wish you could organize the task list and it had filters the way the guest list did. I want to color coordinate my tasks (food related things are this color, guest related things are this color, etc). I want to filter my task list (filter by food needs, decor needs, filter by day, filter by priority).
I paid the .99 to unlock more than 5 guests in the guest list and I’m annoyed because I still get ads every time I add a task or guest. The .99 should get rid of ads.
I wish you could customize PartyEventPlannerLite itself. The background is bright and busy and distracting. I wish I could change the background imagine to a plain, nondescript color.
Annoyed I paid money for this but it is what it is. PartyEventPlannerLite is okay but could use a lot of work.

Nice when it works. PartyEventPlannerLite kept kicking me out so I had to delete. When I redownloaded, i realized i have to pay for PartyEventPlannerLite again. Also, i lost all of the info i had saved. Buy a planner instead.

I can't really give it a negative review because I don't know much about it. The free version only allows you to add 5 guests. I wouldn't need an app if I only had 5 guests.

I downloaded the free version of PartyEventPlannerLite to help me start planning my sweet sixteen. I had no idea where to start, but PartyEventPlannerLite's checklist included everything I needed to do to plan my party. It even allows you to add and change the names of things already on the checklist so that you can relate to them. I also found the fact that you can set different times for the reminders a great help! The only downside is that you can only put 5 guests into PartyEventPlannerLite unless you upgrade for another "Guest Pack" so I just plan to list my guests on another app. Other than that this is a fantastic app to get you started on your party planning, and the countdown to your party will definitely keep you excited!

I wanted to try this out on a small dinner party (8) to see if it was usefulness for something larger. It was not. I could not keep track or customize my to do, make shopping lists, order flowers, send emails, keep track of suppliers. It was nothing more than a check sheet. The paid version may or not be worth it. I will never know. The trial version was a waste of my time which is worth more to me than money.

Not sure why the other poster said you had to pay per extra family group? Mine gave me unlimited guests for unlimited parties. Just wish that party data could be synced across my devices so if I'm at home planning I could use my ipad but if I'm on the go I could use my phone.

It's a horrible app that just takes your money. Definitely not worth it. I started the guest list to find yes it only saves 5 and then you need to pay .99 cents or every other "guest package" you need to add which I thought would be a whole guest list but no.. Its one person or family you will invite after the 5 People (not guest package). It was a waste of my time and dollar.
