Simple in the right areas.

Most CRMs take the approach of collecting as much information as possible and that becomes the primary focus and become a cloudy mess of data. However, we in sales know that it’s what we do next with the client that dictates whether not we get the sale. One page hits that tone perfectly. I have all the information on the contacts that I need, the communication trail is there, but front and center is what I have to do today and what I didn’t get done yesterday. Thanks guys.

I love OnePage! Have been using it for at least two years, and it is fantastic for helping me keep organized. Data does NOT sync across web and app

I love the way the platform is organized. I started the free trial yesterday and took quite some time manually adding contacts from a plethora of different sources. Now when I go to view OnePageCRM , none of the contacts I’ve added show up on OnePageCRM , but instead only the demo contacts show up. When I log back in to web platform (not mobile app), all my contacts are there. We chose this app because it has a mobile app, but if data doesn’t sync between web (logging in from computer) and app, then this platform is rubbish. Please fix syncing issues and we’ll be happy. :)

The perfect crm

I’ve tried about 12 different crm applications and finally found this app. It’s simple but has every function you could want for a stage 1 or 2 crm app. I highly recommend this application.

Payments always flagged as fraud

Like the system so far but Payment processing system is not US based and always leading to fraud warnings when we try to pay for online service.

Awesome! Simple yet extremely effective

I've been in sales for several years and have tried a couple different CRM programs. This one is wonderful! It's so simple to use and has greatly increased my effectiveness. No more items "falling through the cracks". Set up the action item and the program will not let you forget. I've had many compliments from customers who appreciate that I stay on top of things and every deal has been smooth and efficient. I honestly don't know how I ever worked without it, and I can't wait to see how much my sales will improve!

Awkward, hard to organize. Pipedrive created by salespeople. Logical, easy to use. OnePage is easy to lose important stuff.

Just what I needed

I've used countless numbers of CRMs but after about a month I always switch to something new because they are too bulky with their process and you spend more time inputting what you need to do than actually working.

With this app it puts what is most important in your face - your tasks. If I miss a date for an action it turns red and stays there until I've completed the action then it asks you what's next so it causes you to create your next step or close out the client for the time being.

If you need additional information about your client it's there and logging notes calls and emails is very easy.

2 small changes I would suggest is that you allow the user to log task and notes under the company and not just the person in the company and also expand the accounting services you can sync with.

Works for me

I haven't used OnePageCRM for a long time, so I can't say whether it's buggy or not, but I really like the this app web app, and the mobile app seems to be a perfectly fine mobile implementation of OnePageCRM . Clearly the aim of OnePageCRM is simplicity, to make regular usage of OnePageCRM easy and efficient, and this app is the only CRM app I found that truly meets the claim of being simple. Kudos to the developers for understanding this need and for pulling it off with a good app design.

Migration from CapsuleCRM

1) comparison - there are pros and cons for each, but for this app, the real test was, does OnePageCRM drive things forward? Answer for OPCRM was resounding yes, with the focus on the 'next action'.
2) importing - OPCRM gives me a template to adhere to. CapsuleCRM was an easy export, and I'm in the middle of the file modification. Looking pretty smooth.
