Mei: AI for Relationships Reviews

My friend told me about Mei so I wanted to try it out but it’s hard to log in i don’t know if it’s because I have an iPhone but I have iOS 13.

My friend has Mei and she is a beta tester so it seems she gets a analysis for free. I haven’t done a analysis yet but she told me that it is pretty accurate and helps her understand others emotions. I think from what she has said this will turn into a great app! I hope in the future that Mei will be free and more accurate! :)

Since iMessage does not allow third party apps. And you can only use WhatsApp, I think adding an option where the user can simply copy the messages from iMessage and paste it into this app would be the next best thing. For example, (Message Received: Paste/Message Sent: Paste)

Downloaded it opened it and it would not let me put my phone number in said that the systems were down has been like this for days I’m so disappointed please fix soon so that I can try it will give more than one star when I can actually use Mei

I thought Mei was free, but it forces you to buy credits which cost $10, which is ridiculous. Also, it gives you some random junk that isn’t even true. I feel there should be another way to earn credits without paying for them

It keeps saying that unable to login due to connection problem even though I have perfect connection. Any reason why it might happen?thanks.

when you first click on Mei , it asks for your phone number. currently waiting for more reviews before i actually put that in...

It doesn’t say this in the description but you have to pay at least 9 dollars to start using it at all since that is the smallest amount you can spend to get the token things. Very misleading.

Its all about giving it information but you have to buy it so that it tells you the information so this infact is not free and it only works on whatsup

I wish you guys would make it so that you don’t have to put in a phone number please update soon. I understand that it was just released though. Please respond

Mei is a CASH GRAB you have to pay to do any of the things you can do with it. I wouldn't mind watching an ad or two but this is outrageous

I haven’t been able to use Mei because I don’t have what’s up app. I already have enough messaging apps and it would be weird if I started texting everyone I know on a completely different app. Can you please make it Apple messages compatible and android messages compatible. I don’t think I’m the only one with this issue.

I have to pay a lot for Mei for full experience.

After the analysis, It would be nice to see _why_ the AI made its decision, or some deeper analysis and explanation of its findings. Something to back up the results, give it more substance. Right now it gives you a percentage of likelihood of a crush, and one sentence describing that person. I can’t honestly say it was believable; a magic 8-ball would, on the surface, do essentially the same thing. Because of the pricing I only tested on one conversation, but it would be interesting to try on different people, say for example people that I definitely don’t think have a crush on me (colleague, relative, etc) and see what the results are. Seeing those results come out accurate would certainly make me believe more in the results.

Mei is great but why you guys end up taking 2.99$ each analysis? Would more reasonable if you have subscriptions to choose and I think I would give it a try for weeks or longer because I have many contacts to check

Nice little app with a short learning curve compared to other similar apps. I like the feature of importing chats from Whatsapp to this app directly without having to upload them on Dropbox like other apps require. Keep up the good work

Ok so i just downloaded Mei and was kinda cynical about it, but if you're motivated it actually kind of works! I have 3 of 5 contacts have been checked and all the analysis this app gave out were accurate (I asked them directly and they admit their feeling)

It has high potential to become the best analyzer tool for whatsapp and even other apps but I think they still have more things and problems to work with if they want to develop this AI fast

If other apps could only give you answers about most written words, how many messages sent and the frequency of communication. this app is a new leap into analyzing deeper into your conversation and give more in-depth statistics that might shock you and surprise you at the same time

I have recommended to my friends and I think they would like it. It would better if we can check more than one person with 3 bucks but that's just my suggestion. I know you guys have put a lot of effort into making this AI machine

I actually really love Mei and it's the best app out there for analyzing WhatsApp chat but for some reason lately, I believe since the last update I haven't been able to import my conversations from WhatsApp to this app easily. Please recheck this issue

There are a couple downsides but I don't list them here because I think they will fix soon. Easy to use and easy to find out the relationship between you and others

A totally genius idea for building better relationships with people around you by analyzing all the conversations and some suggestions to help you improve your communication skill

So far so good. I will give a more in-depth review after using it for a while. this app is a nice way to help you gain more knowledge about your relationship with who often chat with you and give some advices to improve or some statistics about you and the other

Though I've only started using Mei just a few days ago, it has been a very helpful and resourceful tool for checking on any contacts I want to know they are kind of romantic one or not

I had trouble in the payment check and just contacted them about my issue. They responded quickly and have my issue fixed in a matter of time. That was great

So I have been waiting and waiting to download Mei and when I finally was able to I was only use to WhatsApp user which I have never used and neither has any one else I know. This I a very disappointing to me and probably other since many people don’t use WhatsApp. I use a iPhone message so in sometimes you could update Mei for other people on other messaging app.
