MailShot- Group Email Reviews

I teach Sunday School and have a group of 58 members to whom I send group emails with attached lesson plans. I was having a problem with having an attachment being attached to an email following the latest update to iOS 13. I wrote an email very early Sunday Morning, before 5:00 am. Peter, MailShotGroupEmail developer, must have been up praying I assume!, got my inquiry and responded with the solution in a matter of minutes! I was really impressed with the rapid and helpful response and love MailShotGroupEmail . You won’t go wrong using this one in either the free or the upgraded version which is very reasonably priced at $3.99.

Even though I have used this for several years, I feel compelled to write a review because it is so good. I used to use Outlook, but this is so much simpler and faster. I consume most of my email and newspapers these days from my iPad while sitting in my easy chair, so MailShotGroupEmail is easily available. Outlook requires a trip to my desk, firing up my computer, and bringing up Outlook ... not a trivial amount time. While I also have Outlook on my iPad (and it’s getting better), it’s still not as quick as MailShot

It’s very intuitive to learn, so it’s not necessary to read instructions, although there are very good video tutorials available.

I have been using MailShot for years, one of the greatest apps that I have ever downloaded. Robust, easy to set up, easy to use, great appearance and functionality, and terrific support whenever I've needed it. I use it on a personal basis just to send out blind copy messages to friends and family but I can easily see MailShotGroupEmail scaling up to handle much larger business needs without issue. Along with ToodleDo, I consider this one of two really "essential" apps that I could not personally live without. And, no, I was not paid not asked to provide this review. Now go download MailShot, right now!

This is a great, user-friendly, reliable app. It works seamlessly with my email, and is the only way I can easily manage all the various groups with which I deal. I can't thank the developers enough. I've used this for a year now and it has never failed me. And it also has the greatest app support! Immediate response and always helpful. This is app support done right.

I've been using MailShot for about 3 years for mailings to my firefighter group of about 120 people. Each version has worked better than the previous one by correcting small problems or making it even more intuitive. I recommend MailShot to anyone emailing to large groups and/or sending larger files like photos.

I have been using mail shot for several years now to email our bible study group. It is easy to add or remove members, is easily accessible when I need to send out reminders of our meetings and is very reliable. I highly recommend it to those that communicate on a regular basis to larger groups.

This is an excellent app, and I’ve been using it for some years now, but…

I have two groups of less than 50 (so it won’t get too big) that I send to very frequently. But recently some people in the group have been notifying me that they haven’t received the mailing that others in the group have.

I’ve thought that maybe their settings needed changing. But when I go back into my MailShot, those entries are gone from my groups! I have to enter them again and resend…

What?!

This has happened with several mailings. These are people who have been receiving previous mailings, and suddenly they’re gone!

I’ve been using MailShot since it first appeared in MailShotGroupEmail Store. It does exactly what it promises and has helped the iPhone remain a great communications tool. The developer has kept up with the different iterations of IOS and has been quick to respond to questions or issues (which are few).

I was experiencing some problems in getting my new iPad Pro compatible with MailShot, however, after sending a message to MailShot, I immediately received some very helpful info from Peter Johnson. His advice worked beautifully and now everything is OK. Good job Peter, thank you.

MailShotGroupEmail is really easy to use and works better than you might hope. It is also the only group email app i can find that is accessible to the blind or other people using Voice Over. Well done.

I’m an Evangelist that has supporting churches and personal friends that want to know the latest from my travels. MailShotGroupEmail does what it says and works without fail. It is encouraging to have a tool that I can use and relay on time after time.

This is a really elegant app. It does what it’s suppose to do in a very efficient and easy to use manner. Also the email support requests are answered really quickly. Well worth the cost.

I use this tool to route prayer requests and other messages to our bible study group. It will easily allow me to edit or remove members who no longer want to be included in the prayer requests.

After much frustration and trying to use iOS to group email I can finally say, Found it! You are limited to 5 names in free ver but so worth $4 to go pro!! Bye-bye frustration.

I was hoping MailShotGroupEmail would do the job, but I was surprised to see how much thought had gone into the design. I won't do a full review, but I can say this is an example of wonderful design And usability.

This is the best way to manage email distribution lists or groups. It is easy to use and works within any email app, including the iPhone one.

This is the greatest program or app I have come across to send to groups. It is easy for a senior citizen of 81. Thank you all very much for all your help when I get in trouble.

There may be some improvements but thus far I am very happy with MailShotGroupEmail. Sure beats Groups which always had glitches. Thanks and keep it up.

Easy wish I could load these group back to gmail in contacts.

Love MailShotGroupEmail. But it's cumbersome to cc to the clipboard then paste on a message. Wish we could still just enter the group name under "to". Or am I missing something.
