Does not do anything, no interface for lead capture.
You have to select and event from a list, I think, and purchase lead retrievals from it. Okay, but that is not really useful nor does it match the app description. Does anyone know an app that has an interface for letting customers input their info and storing it? That’s all I need, really. Otherwise, I will use a survey app like Google’s. It does work the way I’ve described, for those interested.

Useless: app is as useless as their customer service.
Will be speaking with events coordinator to ensure we discontinue our affiliation with this useless app. Called customer service for support; they were supremely unhelpful, rude, and now we’re at the event and unable to use it. Waste of money. Waste of time. Use literally any other service before this one. 0/10, 0 stars, would eat my hat before recommending.
