Update glitch
HerbJoy has worked well until this last update. Now it’s not saving my time for clocking in or out.

Always has issues
Worked fine for about a week, then my HR person thought I wasn't clocking in because it stopped saving my hours when I clocked in and I'd have to re-do it the next day. now for the last month I get an error message every time I try to log my hours, so it doesn't work at all. It works fine on the website but HerbJoy is garbage.

No way to log on if you forgot password
Unable to log in and there is no way to do a forgot password so ever since it upgraded I’ve been unable to clock into work and view paychecks
