You have locked me out saying not supported when I have been using iCloud for my email for the past 4 plus years. Yesterday I could get my emails today it’s not supported. I have tried to find out why but u chose to send me on a total run around. I don’t know how u could say access it from any device when I can’t excess it from the one it started on. Nobody will help me. Meanwhile I have emails that need my attention quickly and I can’t get to my iCloud email from any where. I know I will not hear from anybody. I can’t even create a new account.
So you can go to . Thanks for no support and locking me out. It’s my email it’s my device and still I can’t get to mi iCloud from anywhere.

was willing to give it a try but every time I tried to use it, it would just flash a blue screen really quick then nothing

I have a iPad fifth generation. And I am running iOS 14.0.1.
And what is happening. Whenever I open Guide from the home screen it just crashes. And takes me back to the home screen repeat when I touch the icon to open Guide it does not open at all. It takes me right back to the Home Screen.
Please fix

this is trying to sell me stuff make me watch the video subscribe me to several free service is temporarily and then I will have to pay for them if I forget to unsubscribe from them and then they want me to watch more videos and more videos in the then it's got buy more things everywhere I don't want to buy anything!!
delete app and run from it!

There are many, many negative reviews for this product, and every once in a while a five star review, so glowing that it could only have been written by the creator, or his mother. I just download Guide in hopes of trying to finger out how to organize everything because I honestly don’t understand what my phone is trying to tell me. Yeah, I know I’m over the iCloud storage, but I backup on iTunes (for free), and I just got a new phone and somehow I guess somethings filled up this iCloud. I was just looking for some additional info on this topic and the way they explained their so-called app; honestly, it sounded pretty easy and perfect for someone like me.

Well, when I tried to open it... NADA! Nothing happened. It just blinked. Nothing opened. It just didn’t work. Nothing was there!

This coming from a company that we are supposed to trust!

I found the this app to be very helpful. The chapter instructions are clear and concise, a plus for tech dummies such as myself. I use my pad and phone a lot and getting them to hum better is saving me much grief.

I purchased one of your videos---"How you backup iCloud "!!! Now when I have more time, I am unable to watch this.!! Why is that?? Simple!!?? I don't think so, at least not for this 60 year old lady who's trying to set up her new iPad Air 2. I was looking for comprehensive information about using iCloud for backups, but this is very little more than a glorified advertisement for buying videos. After the disappointment of Guide I would not pay for their videos since I would not trust in good content. Back to my 'puter & search engines that will provide answers for free.

This Map program is easy to use and read. I enjoy using it to find my way!

I'm being held hostage by notifications that my iCloud storage is full and that it won't back up my phone. iCloud storage that I can't access, can't find, and don't understand. Now they want me to buy the videos to understand that the stupid thing? No way! Go find another chump.

Here, download Guide so you can see what you can buy from us. In app purchases is an irresponsible description. It should actually be a purchased app as there is nothing you can do or see without a purchase, except a shopping list of what you can buy.

I must be missing something I don't understand why I would want to buy these videos for $4 or $5 apiece it should be offered for free since it's a product of the Apple line that comes on our phones and other devices!!

When Apple makes an App underneath the name of Guide it will say in smaller writing Apple. Just like it appears in the GarageBand app! But Guide WAS NOT made by Apple that's why some random person, who I guess created it , is listed under the name of Guide . It's your responsibility to do ur due diligence/homework!

This is some kind of con or gaslighting job it doesn’t work irk and Jake Hartz jr may have interest in it.

This is supposed to allow me to access my photos, etc. anywhere but nowhere are there instructions on how to do that. Only more "stuff" to buy i.e. How to videos. These should be given to us freely if you want Guide to be used.

I have a 6th generation iPad and after downloading Guide it won’t even open! What good is Guide if you can’t access the information? If I could give it Zero stars I would.

It is a wonderful tool. I am using it all the time. It is a tool that keeps me user of all Apple products.

The supposed to be the best quality for the price, what happened to you guys ¿?

I cloud is blocking my mail trying to give me a new account. When I enter my password iCloud tells me that I have an account but continues to block my account. Hope apple reads this and fixes problem.
