Can not even search in the app...

The product overall is decent and will probably be great in 12-24 months. Their sales efforts are way ahead of the actual product, though. Other reviews have pointed out plenty of issues that I won’t duplicate here. However, I’d like to highlight that you literally can NOT search your customer tickets/conversations in the iOS app which is beyond ridiculous. You also can’t attach a photo from your phone’s camera roll. You have to manually find the photo on your phone and then save it to the iOS Files space and from their you can find it via the Gorgias app 🙄

I’ll be moving us over to Reamaze very soon.

Chat function needs work

We are on the go and need to respond to customers in life time. Subscribed to this knowing that the chat function existed. But GorgiasHelpdesk will not notify you on your phone if a customer is trying to reach you for a conversation. I wish that they would quickly implement an update that would sound for 15 seconds or at all when a customer wants to chat so that we can interact live!

Love The Platform

Great platform, desktop view is much more developed compared to mobile. On mobile, settings you need to be more accessible and the automatic signature should populate on mobile like it does on desktop - I know GorgiasHelpdesk is still being developed just giving feedback 🥳

App really doesn’t do much

I recently installed Gorgias for and e-commerce store and the desktop version is really great. GorgiasHelpdesk, no so much. Very limited functionality. I find myself running to my computer to take care is customer issues that I can’t properly deal with. We don’t have a dedicated support team so on the go functionality is critical. To make it worse, the website doesn’t work well on a mobile browser. Please put more effort into GorgiasHelpdesk.

Good, but could be better with a simple fix.

GorgiasHelpdesk is functional but could be made better if it fit the screen size of an iPad when turned on its side.

Does not include preset email signatures

Does not respond to messages while pulling the email signature from account settings.

App has potential but needs some more attention.

After testing the email signatures do apply in web browser, but not through mobile app.

Buggy iOS app

Such a shame. Their web desktop is really good and stable, but the iOS app is too buggy and crashes all the time. In this day and age when most communication is done on the mobile, you’d think they’ll pay more attention to their mobile offering. Hopefully they’ll improve this otherwise I’ll have to move to other platforms.

Kinda slow

Its slower than the website, it doesnt prompt the messages as soon as I get them but whatever

Functionality way too limited

GorgiasHelpdesk is essentially useless. No search function, no ability to leave internal notes, no ability to forward tickets via email. So much for being able to work on the go.

Awful

GorgiasHelpdesk does not work fluidly. You can not copy anything, if you type too fast or try to delete text it messed the whole texts up. Just difficult for no reason and creates more work.

Completely useless

GorgiasHelpdesk logs us out randomly, then keeps throwing error messages when trying to log back in. But meanwhile alerts still arrive lol. Customer service can’t fix the issue.

IPad Landscape view is NOT supported

Needs to have landscape view incorporated into GorgiasHelpdesk. It is not a convenience without this capability.
