Bien, mais .... peu mieux faire.
L’interface en français n’est pas complète. Il reste beaucoup de zone en anglais, sans parler du correcteur orthographique en Web. L’ergonomie n’est pas toujours simple, surtout dans la recherche d’un ticket, parfois même la visualisation et ça peut être pire en Web. L’application reste efficace pour nos besoins.
