A Kuala Lumpur, c’est le mode de transport idéal (sauf peut-être aux heures de pointe). Les conducteurs (et conductrices) sont sérieux, ponctuels, serviables voire amicaux. J’ai toujours voulu donner un pourboire mais c’est souvent accepté avec surprise ce qui me fait dire que cela ne doit pas être fréquent. De la part de touristes occidentaux, c'est pourtant sûrement une manière de faire durer un système très pratique.

En Indonésie, il est facile de trouver un chauffeur l’application à Java. Par contre à Bali c’est une autre histoire... les conducteurs locaux font la guerre à l’application donc il y en a malheureusement très peu. Pas de paiement carte, seulement cash mais les conducteurs ne cherchent pas à arnaquer. Et en Malaisie et Thaïlande jamais eu de problème!
