Annual: £89.99 Monthly: £14.99 The subscription is auto-renewable. This means that it will automatically renew unless you go to your account settings to manage your subscription and turn auto-renew off. If you want to stop your subscription from auto-renewing you should do this at least 24 hours before the current subscription period ends. You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal in account settings in the App Store after purchase. Just what you need

Great.. especially the workout section not to forget the wide range of recipes!

Great start, nice visuals!

I love this app and I think that it’s definitely going to help me get on with my fitness and mental health journey, but I think there are some slight updates to be made. Mainly on the dashboard when you open the app, I find that it always opens up to the first item of the day and doesn’t really follow your progress throughout your plan of the day. Maybe you could add a checkmark or completed signal on the phase of the day and have the app automatically update and place you on the next step the next time you open it? Also, love the recipes but found it a bit tedious when trying to prepare my grocery list. I think a GREAT addition would be to generate an automatic grocery list at the end of every week, based on your chosen meals! This would definitely help be more prepared for the meal planning, and therefore help significantly with staying on track! Other than that - I think it’s really great and the workout videos are excellent! I love how Joe explains all the benefits of each movement and I think the recipes are AWESOME!
