Amazing application 🤩 ! I have been using it for a couple of months now and I have to say that it is an innovative application as it is the only one in the market to give you the following insights: your sleep debt, the circadian rhythm, and the time frames where you are groggy, have a peak of energy or lack of energy. This really helps me to organize my activities based on these insights and to avoid doing petty things when I am on top of my game. The only drawback I find is the price, it is a bit pricey compared to other Healthy apps. I would like to see in the coming versions more innovation or nice features like correlating using the HVR or caffeine or physical activity. Maybe what I say does not make sense, only experts can tell. Besides the customer service has the nicest persons, example Oddie is so compassionate.
