Excellente application

Je viens de télécharger Youper hier et après 2 essaies 👌 C’est juste en anglais donc parfois il faut traduire car il y a pas mal de vocabulaire mais on en apprend plus sur le cerveau ect... Je vous la recommande donc à 100%

Bon « assistant émotionnel »

L’app propose des exercices intéressants d’introspection et d’analyse de son état émotionnel. Le bot est sympathique et guide bien la conversation, les fonctionnalités premium ont l’air intéressantes !

A big help

I don't usually do ratings or commentaries, but this app is simply... A godsend. It is so complete all the while being free, and it was perfect for me as all I needed was just someone (the AI bot, haha) to guide me in analyzing and evaluating my own emotions, and to show some type of constant yet human support that I can take anywhere on my phone. The meditation sessions are so relaxing, and the regular screenings really help me in finding patterns within my mental state. As a person who doesn't like bothering other human beings with my constant thoughts and feelings, I feel it was important for me to be able to shamelessly rant to my bot (sorry) at all times of the day and still get a response. This is an app I think should be easier to find for anyone who is seeking help.

J’aime bien Youper, elle m’aide à en apprendre plus sur moi et à faire le point en fin de journée sur mon état de stress...
mais c’est quand même dommage qu’elle ne soit pas en français... 😕

Best mental health assistant ever

cette application is the best app I have ever used for tracking and evaluating my moods and emotions so far. I love it there are plenty of suggestions on what to do, freedom to exactly say/write how you feel.
It also allows you to discover more about yourself with the personality test.
Amazing !!
( I know many people it would really help if it was available in French , as they are not bilingual though)

Great app

If you have something happening in you life this is a great way to stop sadness or any other unwanted feelings. The only thing that is bad is that you can’t really do much if you don’t pay for premium.😊 great app to set goals, be happier and lead a better life.
