Express Invoice Invoicing Reviews

I've been using Express Invoice for over 4 yrs now for my small business. I must say this software is the best way to keep up with multiple customers and accounts. I also love the integration of the desktop version and mobile version. Synchronization between the two utilizing Dropbox makes all of this smooth and flawless.

This version only works if it is your first time that you have to start billing .. otherwise if you are using it on a pc or a mac the application that claims to be able to restore your data is a lie it does not work and if you pay a fundamental option does not work either. They have to work updating the version ah and I would forget if you need help it is a disaster they have you around and they do not solve anything.

I, like everyone else, likes the simplicity of the program, but I need it to outline the outstanding invoice by the due date per invoice not clustered by account name. I also purchased the program and one day it reverted back. Each time I attempt to restore the purchase it tells me it is unable to sync with the cloud. When I open the open invoice tab I would like to only see the unpaid invoice and have a separate tab for paid invoice that might need to be modified or repeated.

I own this program on 3 platforms and this is absolutely awesome. I love it so easy to use and very helpful.

The program is missing a key feature to me - the ability to Record and SAVE an invoice as PDF to Files folder. The desktop version does have that. I really hope in the future update it will be added.

I have been used ExpressInvoiceInvoicing for almost 3 years. Today I lost all the data with no reason.
Is there any way to recover it. I have not backed up .

Why I can’t add customers?

Great for my small business.

I have the PC version and was delighted to see an iPad version. Being able to sync between iPad and PC would be wonderful with ExpressInvoiceInvoicing. In this version it appears that the email function was removed. I never got it to work in the previous version. I was able to enter the settings for it but it would crash every time I tried to email an invoice. This version you see the email buttons but they don't appear to be functional; you cannot enter the settings or actually email. Maybe it's a bug that they are working on. It's a very clean looking app otherwise; they just need to fix it. Now I see unsightly ads in the footer of this software which was nonexistent in the previous version as well. Nice feature to apply discount on overall invoice. Problem is that it does not allow you to apply this discount pretax as an option. Speaking of tax, it does not appear to have the ability to apply tax to the total items in the order; it applies the tax rate to each item separately. Maybe this is why it does not or cannot apply discounts pretaxed. I would prefer to see a total of items, and then apply a discount, and then apply tax after the discount. Shipping/handling could be a separate tax exempt charge.

Very good layout and super easy to use when it works.
So many bugs though. I paid $9.99 and it keeps asking me to pay again. It still doesn’t allow me to make more than 5 invoices and that’s on a lucky day when you are able to save them. When unlucky it will get freeze until you reset ExpressInvoiceInvoicing . But then you lost your work.
I also have also wanted to contact support but it cost $57 to have access to it.

Looking at the other reviews I noticed that the same problems have been coming back for years and were never fixed. Why am I having the same exact problems that some people were having 4 years ago?
Instead of replying, why not spending time fixing the issues?

That app should have been taken of ExpressInvoiceInvoicing Store a long time ago as it reflect poorly on the platform.

I want to use this software. Its pretty easy to use when it works. Right now you can not do an invoice and have it saved a d emailed at the end without the software locking up and all the information being lost. It is a major bug that needs to get fixed. The other issue is I paid $9.99 to have the three features unlocked and i still can only make 5 invoices a month. This is ANOTHER bug that should be fixed. It keeps asking me to pay another $4.99 to unlock that feature.

Was so happy to see ExpressInvoiceInvoicing. It doesn't let you sync with your desktop software, but it's good for mobile invoicing. I especially like that it allows me to email a receipt to a client. Also, it will crash if you send an invoice using 4G. So, make sure you have wifi turned on-very annoying quirk that needs to addressed. Speech to text function isn't offered either.

I have been using ExpressInvoiceInvoicing for about a month. I went to add a new customer today and I was told that I could only have 5 customers. I currently have about 20 in ExpressInvoiceInvoicing . So I decided a would upgrade anyway, I don't want the hassle of setting up new software. When I try to upgrade it says starting purchase and then nothing. Absolutely nothing. Now what?

I’ve used the free version for years now and it’s been fine, albeit it has its little quirks. It did what I needed it to do, and that was fine. This year I bought a new iPad and the old program wouldn’t load until I paid the 9.99 for the professional version. I paid for it and have yet to be able to record/save an invoice and print. Once all the info is entered the screen freezes up and you can go no further. It’s useless as it is.

I used ExpressInvoiceInvoicing for a while as a trial, worked great until the latest iPad update. I even uninstalled it and reinstalled, that did nothing but erase all my previous invoices i had stored. Mind you this is after i paid $10 for the full version. Big waste of money, and i lost important data. i no longer trust ExpressInvoiceInvoicing, nor will i use anything made by this company. people use this for business, this is unacceptable.

For my business I use the desktop version of this software on my iMac (which I purchased). I am happy that there is a version for the iPad now, but I cannot figure out how to sync all of my info from the iMac version to the iPad app. If anyone has any suggestions please let me know. My iMac Express Invoice version is 3.68.

I was enjoying ExpressInvoiceInvoicing very much until iOs8 update. Now all the invoices need to be done and payments applied, but I can't even look through them or just open one, the screen freezes or blacks out. All work is on hold and it's terrible! Hurry with an update, please!!!

Great app! Love the features but when ExpressInvoiceInvoicing is running it tends to give me a black screen. Only way to get rid of it is by closing ExpressInvoiceInvoicing and re-opening it. Please fix this problem.
