Poor design
This app is terrible. Every time you leave the app, you have to search for your event. The navigation is not intuitive. No where near as simple and easy to use as Tourney App. I go to a lot of tournaments as I have three kids in competitive basketball. All of the other apps for tournaments work better. A simple ability to have the favorite functionality actually work would be helpful. Plus the developers act like immature kids in their responses to feedback.

This company is absolutely deplorable when it comes to communicating with their members and users, they are completely ugly, rude, and disrespectful. I wouldn’t recommend other AAU sports companies to them. ... If I’m having an issue with the application performance and I’m put on the line with ugly and unprofessional people, then yes, this is an application performance issue. Good day

Can’t follow more than one division
I want to follow 2 different age brackets in the softball selection and it won’t let me. It says my email is not valid when I select a different age bracket, but it’s been my same email for over 15 years. Very frustrating when you have 2 kids in different age brackets. Just want to know what’s going on for my day!!!!
