When I purchased the tickets I misspelled my email address for receipt of the e tickets. I tried over a dozen times to contact someone regarding this. Don’t expect to talk to anyone. Won’t happen. Out $400 and was not able to get into the venue. Working with my credit card company now to dispute charge because Event Ticket Center told me it was my error. Horrible customer service experience.

This is January and the concert is in August. You won’t download our tickets till the day before. WHY. This is ridiculous. You’re taking my money and now I don’t know if I’ll get my tickets. Ticketmaster is way more professional on how they run the selling of tickets. You get them right away

They ship tickets on the same day. Despite ordering 3 months in advance, they arrive 1 the before the game. Doesn't support electronic tickets in 2017... Utterly useless.

Let me just say that this company is a total rip off!
I bought general admission spring training tickets (a $10 value) for $23 each through this site!! PLUS $21 in hidden fees that weren't visible until checkout!
I assume I bought resold tickets because they had another persons name on them.
All I can say is I better get my rebate back because $70 for 2 people just to attend a spring training game is ridiculous.

Beware of ETC Tickets!!!!
I bought tickets through ETC for an event on a specific date that I would be in town clearly indicated on the ticket offer.
The event then moved by a week but ETC would not refund my money even though the terms of the event had clearly changed.
I am now forced to dispute the charge through my bank and will take legal action if necessary.
Satisfying customers clearly isn't a priority for ETC tickets.
Very disappointed ....

Apple should remove this application from EventTicketsCenter Store. It is a disgusting scam and expect to pay over 400% face value for tickets that are readily available at source website like ticketmaster.

Order tickets in one section and they provided tickets in a different section. When talking to the rep he said they were out of the section I had placed the order for. They said the 500.00 tickets had a refund policy of 40.00. LOL.
The tickets given were the same cost so we kept them but VERY dishonest company. In the future I will not use them.

Fees are unacceptably high and you have to enter info to see real price. Wonder why that would be? I’ll stick with sellers who are more transparent
