Love it for the notifications
Sends a lot of notifications and they might bother some. However, the content's value justifies the amount, in my opinion.

Ads before tornado updates? Really?
I installed this app to follow the severe weather updates from my “safe space” during a tornado warning, and had to wait through an ad for a diet center before the live coverage started. You might want to consider adding an exception for emergencies so video ads are skipped.

Works okay.
I enjoy catching the local news but fix the volume. The volume is too low when the news is on until a commercial comes on and blows you out the door. iPhone, iPad and Ruko all have the same issue.
