Easy, handy, simple => perfect
Using a free version. Couldn’t be happier. Approximately 100 flesh cards per day is enough for learning, revising and memorizing (together with the other types of learning of course). The only minus I could bring up is that sometimes it jams with calculating of the right amount of cards you’ve already done. Thus it just keeps going over the limit of cards you were supposed to cover, I suppose, in one sitting, which is not a bed thing at all unless you’re doing it before going to bed and instead of dealing with a 100 cards end up doing 200+ half asleep and a bit annoyed. Or maybe I simply haven’t figured out the whole system yet. All in all it’s a great app as an addition learning source!

Perfect not just for vocab, but understanding vocab
I’m using 6 different language learning apps right now for their different strengths. I’m a backwards learner, though - I like to try something, and then figure out why I was right or wrong. this app is perfect for me that way. Unlike other apps, you’ll get further explanation on your answers to the app’s questions. I’ve found its grammatical database far more easy to understand than other apps which just throw the problem in your face again and again until you get it. I’m okay with failure, and this app embraces it. It’s not going to autocorrect and it’s not going to let you go without explaining what you did wrong. For that, I’m paying gladly.

Underrated Language App
I’ve found that this app is really effective compared to some of the other popular apps, especially if you are willing to put some time into it. It is less gamified feeling than others and more focused on learning the language, which is refreshing. When you don’t understand why you made a mistake on a word, the explanations it provides are really helpful. You aren’t as limited to learning by rote...it shows you the rules behind the grammar. For me, the free mode has been more than adequate. I do like using it alongside an app like Duolingo or Memrise—seems like mixing up the approach helps things stick better.
