I love this app and use it for managing customer service and sales for my small business. It helps us coordinate activity, track customer interactions and automate basic tasks. I was very excited when they introduced the mobile app with version 4, as it makes it easier to answer requests on the go (and the web interface is not that mobile friendly). Unfortunately, the app has not received the same level of polish. There are bugs in text formatting, it crashes occasionally and the interface can unresponsive. I would really value the app if it kept receiving polish and improvements.

App is really slow. My Queue shows all open tickets, not what's actually in My Queue.
