Filterra- Filters for Pictures Reviews

At first, I was excited! But then, I started to use the features and there are barley any that don’t cost money. If you are planning to spend a lot of money on FilterraFilters, then I highly suggest it. Most of the features look like they could be really fun to use and there are sure a ton of them. But If you don’t plan on spending a ton of money on a photo editing app when there are millions of free ones out there. Note to the creators: please add more FREE features to FilterraFilters and add some sort of way to get features without paying money (ex. A feature I could get by watching adds). Also, less ads!

Edit: Hello, developer! My complaint is not that you don’t have any features for free, it was that you had BARELY any features for free. My suggestion would be that you could have us watch an add to get a pack to help photo edit. Also, thank you but I have found a free app that has lots of features and is nice and easy to use.

FilterraFilters I have had great experiences with. It is an amazing editor.

It all started with one day I was looking for i great editor for photos and to be able to post them, and I did! I found three amazing one but the best one was Filterra!!!!! I have been using it for about three weeks and realized you can takes photos using potrit mode that’s on the iPhone 10!!!! I would really recommend using the amazing and great free app, Filterra!!!💙

As an avid photographer who loves taking photos with my phone, I wanted to try out FilterraFilters. I just downloaded it today, was mindlessly clicking through the setup, then realized the initial button I clicked meant I was approving a monthly recurring fee. What?! It’s not so much that I care that there’s a cost, it’s that it was just one click of the button and I was signed up. I immediately cancelled this subscription. I haven’t even used FilterraFilters once- why would I immediately agree to purchase? They need to update the user experience so it doesn’t feel like they’re trying to scam people into a recurring payment via fine print trickery. Allow people to opt into that, don’t just thrust it upon them and hope they forget to cancel in a week. Hate companies who do business in that discreetly tricky way rather than taking the more honest approach. Don’t call your app free if it’s free for 7 days. Be better, guys.

At first when I got FilterraFilters I was so excited😀because I wanted to edit some photos and Immediately it asks me to subscribe😒. I do not like this mostly because it makes people think you want to scam them🥷. I couldn’t find any eye color👀 filters which I was really sad about.🙁 There was adds and signs of subscribe to get these filters or something😔. I just would also love it if you could maybe give some free filters and options for people who can’t afford to pay.💗I saw FilterraFilters adds thinking it would be good👍I clicked it and install FilterraFilters but before you know it I’m about to hit subscribe😣. I know that you could get a seven day free trial but that’s only seven days and I don’t know about anybody else but I would’ve forgot to cancel at the end of the week. I deleted FilterraFilters and got a app called “Face tune 2” I definitely recommend it. 🤩💗👍

I use FilterraFilters very often to edit my photos. But there are definitely issues.
1. THE ADS. So every time I open this up there is ad after ad after ad. It makes me not want to use it.
2. Saving. I can’t save the photo. It just doesn’t.
3. Idea. Why don’t, when you edit a picture it replaces the original with the edited version. Because it makes more sense than having 2 of the same picture. And also it doesn’t make sense to have to find that picture, deleted it and then your good. Like....
4. Overall. The overall atmosphere of FilterraFilters is great. It works. But if your okay with the following things then get it. I really recommend this.

I have been using Filterra for several years. Today, for some reason, it stopped working. I thought the best thing to do was to remove it and reinstall. When I did the interface had totally changed and I was greeted with a request to subscribe. I finally figured out how to get out of that screen and back to the photo I was editing when it had stopped working. When I went to save the photo I was presented with an option to remove your watermark by subscribing with an annual subscription fee. Now I had already paid a fee to remove the watermark without having to pay an annual fee. Is there anyway to get back to what I had?

I’ve only used the free version of FilterraFilters, and I completely love it. With many photo editing apps, you’re practically forced to pay, and not able to make good photos with the free versions. Filterra lets you create amazing pictures without paying anything. I’ve created many beautiful pictures with it. Not only is the free version great, but new deals are always popping up to make the payed version cheaper. Great app.

I’m a fan of BTS (hint in the Title) and as a fan I have pictures and if there are any ARMY’s out there you know what I mean. And sometimes I want to filter (or change) the colors of my pictures so they can make great collages (or also aesthetic collages). But with FilterraFilters I can go beyond my imagination and make my pictures look better than normal. I rate this 5 stars cause I just absolutely love it.

This is such an amazing app. I gave it a 5 star review beacuse it’s super fun and amazing, filterra is definitely my favorite app on my iPhone it’s just so fun and entertaining. I love how there’s a social (social media) part and just a photo editor app it’s a concept of Instagram. I totally love FilterraFilters and I think you will too

I’m still playing with snow pictures I took this morning, so I’m still trying to figure it all out. Seems cool so far. I try a lot of photography apps. Love that I can edit a pretty nice finished product on my phone (iPhone X), when I’m too lazy to get out my dslr. If these guys are going to charge monthly or yearly, why not just have all the filters accessible, instead of having to download individually? So far so fun. I’ll keep you posted

At first look FilterraFilters looked like it had potential, I downloaded FilterraFilters today and a promo came up for the Filterra photo editor anniversary bundle & offered me this deal for $17 And I bought it ,and it would not let me download all the filters so I bought the Filterra photo editor for for the $35 and I still don’t have access to download all the filters or lights leaks, I really wanted to like FilterraFilters but after paying all this money and still not having full functionality is a total disappointment and a waste of money. Please fix FilterraFilters or kindly offer me a refund

i’ve had filterra for over a year now and have been extremely happy with it, but suddenly i have to pay to make changes to an image?? i can’t use FilterraFilters at all without paying or “subscribing” as they call it. can’t use a filter because it will tell me to subscribe or discard my changes, leaving me back to the original image. can’t use lights because it will tell me the same thing. can’t use textures for the same reason. FilterraFilters is literally USELESS now unless you want to pay $4+ a month to use a service that had previously been free! it’s such a rip off.

I update this application a few days ago and then suddenly you can’t do ANYTHING without paying for it. Are you serious??? No warning was given to those who have been using FilterraFilters for months for FREE and then suddenly, I can’t even use the filters that were free and the ones that I PAID FOR without subscribing. What kind of BS is this?? It is pretty ridiculous that I can’t even continue editing and using the basic editing features without paying for everything. This was my favorite photo editing app, but now it’s gonna be uninstalled. Thanks for screwing us over.

In FilterraFilters you don’t have to buy anything to make a good picture. I also like all of the options for filters and other things I can’t get on my phone. Although there are some adds which can be annoying they don’t overload it with adds. Over all FilterraFilters is really good for when you don’t want to change your photo to much or just make it better.

I downloaded FilterraFilters for one reason: to crop photos. However, its extremely difficult to get the cropping you want, as you can only expand in diagonally. For me that's insanely irritating, and I wouldn't recommend if you just want a simple app to crop your photos. However, the filters are great but simplistic, it's the same as any other but they add their little things into it.

I used to love FilterraFilters. I would use it on all of my pictures and they would even have a good amount of FREE packages. After one update a little while back, i went to use some of these packages and it told me i had to subscribe and pay for them. Even the packages i already paid for. I bought two packages of filters and can no longer use them. For that reason I’m about to delete FilterraFilters . I’m not upset about the 2 dollars wasted more about the packages that used to be free are no longer available to use. Disappointing..

Had FilterraFilters for long time and all my pictures are edited with it for Instagram. Since you changed this few days ago I am truly disappointed and I will be deleting it. This was the only app that was free and did not have that logo on the pictures. And now it even shortens my pictures, so they are cut off. I can’t believe how things can change to worst. I am truly gonna miss it. But there are many free apps out there, but none I liked so much as this one. I don’t even know what else to say, just sad and disappointed.

I was loading up FilterraFilters to edit one single photo and about 5 pop ups came up wanting me to buy a monthly subscription, to which I tried to click no but it registered as a yes and the finger print recognition thing popped up and I didn’t realize my thumb had just been casually resting on it until it had already registered. So basically I just spent $5 on a cruddy app that I’ve used once when I would much rather have bought 5 songs or spent $5 on a much better app. So not worth it. 😠

FilterraFilters should be considered a SCAM. After clicking through to open FilterraFilters after downloading I had no idea I’d somehow “agreed” to pay 4.99 a month to use this very basic filter service (no better than the FREE instagram editing in my opinion). So I had no clue I have been getting charged for this- as you can see from other reviews this happens to many people. Until this developer changes FilterraFilters to make it much clearer and more intentional that you’re agreeing to a PAID SERVICE, I will not give more than 1 star.

I loved using FilterraFilters, even bought a few extra filter options but all of a sudden now in order to save my photos I have to subscribe..... even though I purchased some of the filter bundles. If I hadn't paid for extra filters I wouldn’t be upset that they now wanted to have me subscribe. But I am upset since I did PURCHASE the bundles and had previous success using them without a subscription and now all of a sudden don’t have access and need to subscribe... I rate 1 star
