Update: While the Bluetooth pop-up still happens intermittently, the issue now is extremely slow loading. I have high-speed cable internet, it's not my connection. I turned on background app refresh thinking that would speed thing up - nope.

This is the best app out of my local network affiliate apps. It is the affiliate I watch for news. I love your on-air personnel. But the slow loading reminds me of EarthLink dial-up days. I'm not sure what the issue is, but I'm about to delete 27NewsNOW & use the mobile internet page instead.

Your latest update starts, then crashes. It won’t start, either from tapping on the icon or from a banner alert on my IPhone. I am running the latest IOS.

What good is a news/sports app if the news/sports is out of date? 27NewsNOW has a couple of new stories, but then most are days if not weeks old. The sports info is normally a week behind and includes months old stories. Really? It seems that an app was needed to be trendy for the station but no resources were dedicated to it. Why bother, get your old news in the recycling heap.

As a local news source which I had used for some time, I find it unacceptable to have to listen to an ad prior to reading the article. There are times at which sound is inappropriate to the setting. Pop-ups are annoying but verbal ads are inexcusable.

Facebook comments on the content you report are disturbing/racist as is. Why have you not taken responsibility for this? I cannot believe they continue to allow their hateful and ignorant viewers to comment. It often turns racist and by allowing individuals to keep commenting, WKOW is harboring racist voices.

Obviously your people don’t watch your news because the banner usually covers part of the video. Duh

It use to work fine but now crashes as soon as you try to access it. I tried rebooting my phone, reloading 27NewsNOW , etc. - to no avail. It’s broke and apparently they don’t care if it works or not. Time to delete it off my iPhone.

I wish the weather app showed the humidity level

I want more consistency with the live streaming. It has improved recently but I want it to be accessible during all regular broadcast times
