As a user of Bright Horizons Back-Up Care, you can conveniently schedule care right from your mobile device with the Back-Up Care app. Whether your regular caregiver calls in sick, your child has a school holiday, or you’re transitioning back to work from parental leave, the Back-Up Care app is your easy, time-saving solution to managing family care challenges while on the go. Really easy to find emergency child care!

Great and useful app

I have certainly had issues with this app in the past but I have noticed a lot of improvements lately. It makes it very easy to request backup care. I made sure my profile was updated online and then used the app to request care. I recommend the app if you have access to backup care at Bright Horizons.
