I had two experiences with them:
1-I booked a hotel and I paid to this app App but after that they called me and told me that the hotel is fully booked and we have another hotel same rate and level so I accept that because this is the first experience with them and I don’t know if they trusted or no, but unfortunately when I arrived to the hotel I was shocked by the poor level, It does not match the standard of the hotel that I choose.
2- I booked another hotel in different trip maybe they will be good and give them one more chance and I paid before one week of check in, when I arrived to the hotel unfortunately there’s no any reservation for me even the hotel didn’t know this app Company and when I contacted to the customer service in this app they didn’t care about my problem and I stay in the street until night without any solve, then I paid more and I made new reservation in another hotel.
Until now since two years ago I didn’t get the refund and that was last experience with them

Unfortunately, the booking is not immediately confirmed once you pay like other applications. If you have a last minute booking, do not use this app like I did. I have a flight tomorrow and booked my hotel with this app. It’s been more than 7 hours already with no confirmation despite my follow ups on Twitter, WhatsApp, email and call center!
The problem is that it is a non refundable booking and I’m stuck until this app confirms the booking! I have an early flight tomorrow and no hotel booking confirmation yet!

I like Almosafer but i have problems typing search

حجزت عن طريق التطبيق ولما وصلت المطار تفاجأت ان الحجز تم الغائه بسبب ان المسافر لم تدفع لشركة الطيران وعند اتصالي بخدمة العملاء جلسو يماطلون معاي وكل شوي بنرجع نكلمك وماحد كلم. برنامج نصاب وشركة نصابة وحجوزات وهمية انتبهو منه.
I made a booking through this website and when I arrived to the check in counter I was surprised that my booking was canceled because this app did not pay the airline. When I called the customer service they kept stalling and saying they will call me back but they didn’t. Be careful and don’t use Almosafer or website

this app used to be the best app for me until it was acquired by Altayyar group who seems greedy when it comes to service fee!
No point of giving 5 or 10% discount when they charge 15% service fee
And their answer was... its fees that we are asked to pay for the airline ! What a lie

It goes very slowly when you hit the search button really difficult to bring search results quickly you should solve Almosafer performance to become fast in search engine

Bad .. they change the price higher each minute u wait on the call .. idiots + when u contact them via WhatsApp they say something completely different than calls .. all what they want is ur money .. I wish they use the extra money to train their employees

The hotel refused to check me in although I had a confirmed booking
I talked to customer service which took forever and at the end I lost my money and they had to book with another provider.

I booked a hotel by this app application. I asked for changing the reservation this app customer services told me that they will send an email to the hotel and ask for change. I contacted the hotel they said they didn’t receive any email. Then I discovered that this app didn’t send any email to the hotel

I think that you had to add my country Palestine to the list of countries so we could use your app and book tickets by your app. It’s not acceptable that all the foreign apps add us to the list and our brother didn’t till now ;(

Very bad customer service Even I contacted them through email no reply One employee was so rude I wasn’t having roaming call i was outside saudi contacting them through email to change my ticket for two daya no reply I had to so my phone roaming and my bill came with big amount When I called i waited ten minutes International call Plus the girl was so rude very very bad service My last time dealing with them

Almosafer is Non profissinal team and non profissinal travel agency. Very poor customer service. I lost 102.04 AED after cancelled one free cancellation reservation due to incorrect way to hold / block reservation amount. Almosafer is Not recommended ad travel agency

worst company ever worst company ever! My flight was canceled due to COVID-19 and the airlines gave them the refund and they refused to give it to me. More 3 months now i don’t have my money. Case open for this travel agent ( almosafer )
