None of the bad reviews are correct
I have had this app for 2 years now and the 1 star ratings are easily fixed through US Bank itself. I have never had problems, my bank account is accurately displayed, and the alerts for spending and deposits are nearly instant. It's a great app.

Worked perfectly once the regular website failed repeatedly!
I don’t understand the negative reviews at all because NOW my card works again after I had sudden website error messages! This is an extremely easy to use APP! Thank you!🙏

User mistakes.
You must allow the app to access your location first so it can locate atms in your area. When the generic map appears tap on the “atm near me” from there it’s elementary.
