Hi, I'm having problems with ABAEnglish , I have renewed the year less than three weeks ago and today I have not been able to do anything, just let the course enter but the extra activities always get a window that says that I must pay the month or the year again. what should I do? I have already followed the instructions in the help center! and nothing they say there has worked! ☹️

I’ve been using ABAEnglish since 1 years ago. I’m let me tell you something. It’s amazing this guys made ABAEnglish perfect because you can watch short movies and improve your english, even if you are beginner.

I paid 74$ for subscription a year as PREMIUM , and just after 3 weeks, after updating ABAEnglish my account becomes FREE. Restore purchase options doesn't work, I tap on it on nothing happens. I don't know how to get my money back or to get my premium back. I send email to support team already and spending my time for waiting feedback. This is really bad experience. I hope you could check and resolve this.

Bad company.

I signed up for a year worth $ 15. Now they have discounted $ 75 saying the automatic renewal has been done.

They did not send any notice about the renewal and the amount. The impression I have is that they do it on purpose.

I demand my money back!!!

They replied to my email saying they will not return my money. Bad company

01/18 - After sending an email asking for the cancellation and copy of the contract, the company has not yet canceled the automatic renewal and has not sent me the contract. I sent three more emails and they didn't answer me.

Apple should ban this type of company from ABAEnglish store!

01/20 - And according to the law, there is a period of cancellation of the service if it is the client's will and the amount must be returned in full.

This is true for the United States, England and other countries.

Does ABA English not take the law and customer satisfaction into account?

I was very happy with the purchase yesterday but today I’m trying to pass the writing exercise and everything is alright and is not letting me pass to the test please help I don’t want to cancel the subscription. My writing is perfectly fine exactly as the Aswer but it keeps giving me an error and this is exactly why I left this course years ago I thought it would be better by now .

I’m studying english now. I think the prices are too much for ours in the middle east countries. Please think about this problem. Our country is on USA sanctions and prices are very expensive for me. It will be good if period for us be more than a year.

I’ve bought subscription a year ago via their site for 15$. Last week I’ve received email that my VISA card was charged with 75$. I was shocked, because it was charged without notifying me.
I wrote them that I didn’t use their app during half a year. It is not suitable for me and I don’ t want to use it anymore. But they don’t refund my money. They tricked their users: automatically charge and don’t provide simple way to cancel subscription.

I purchased YEARLY subscription last Feb 2018. Sometime late summer after app update I lost subscription and all progress on app. After providing copy of PAID Receipt to customer service they responded that premium account doesn’t correspond with my Apple ID email used to purchase subscription. Now I’m up for yearly renewal and still don’t have access to premium services paid for in 2018! It is very frustrating not having access to a program I paid for.

Be aware that they taking money without previous notice for yearly subscription. They also don’t have possibility to cancel subscription on their website and you have to send email to support asking to cancel subscription. Other than that is good.

The video class is not working when I click on it in order to watch the video the ABA film is played instead of the video class.

Please help me with this problem because I’ve subscribed to the yearly subscription and I want to improve my English now :)

After last update, ABAEnglish has some issues and I can not complete my lessons, special on the write part.
How can it accept that we write “I’ve”?
I have this problem in more than one chapter and I cannot advance the lesson because of that!

I have used Aba English for about three years, very good platform. There is no customer service , impossible to contact, I am a Premium student until 3/21 and they have taken away my access to the course and I don't know what to do.

I stopped to study in ABAEnglish before the paid year ending, because it's British English and I need American English. I didn't find where to cancel, I have problem with my apple ID, and Bingo!, the payment for the second year fall in my card. I cannot find any app support or contact to cancel this course before renovation neither after this disgusting second payment.
If you are in UK, that's a good deal, but be careful when you want to cancel your membership

I subscribed to ABAEnglish but had many issues, ABAEnglish crashed many times. I sent email to support but no one respond to my email. There is no way to cancel automatically subscription, the site is not responding. ABAEnglish billed me and they refused to refund. They said that you can give it to someone if you don’t use!!!

Never see businesses that treat their customers like these guys.

It was helpful , for the first year once you done one time , you can’t restart the progress study again. All the answer stay there. Also now you can’t open the video ad pup-up , unless you download adobe won’t work which cost you $29 a month. For this reason , paid but I’m not using it. Become useless.

It does not work without internet!!! I payed full price for the year and can not use it at all, as I do not have an instant internet connection. I am working on the ship.
I wrote few times already asking to fix the problem with my account, but there is no reaction at all!
Hope this time somebody would read my message and help me to fix it finally!

ABAEnglish has help me a lot in improving my English. I love the articles and masterclasses. I just hope they can make Masterclasses with native speakers. Thank you

I had a problem with grammar but ABAEnglish has help me so much and I recommend it and thanks ABA for gave us this great app ,by the way I still use it and i wish to got my goal .

I like ABAEnglish but the trouble to download courses exists all the time. I can’t access to the clicks. Also can’t download it through the offline channel. I don’t think it’s my internet issue. Please help me to deal with that. Or I just have to unsubscribe it.

They will charge you for a subscription that you don’t want. If you need to cancel they won’t answer.
After one year, they renew automatically my subscription.
I asked to cancel my subscription but they renew and charged me $89,99! I was luck to have paypal and they will open a process to help me. I have hope to get my money back.

Undoubtedly it's the best APP for learning english , I don't have time to go to the class but i believe that ABAEnglish has everything for teaching english, thank you so much

I just started this now and it’s very helpful for me and my mom or dad. I know English but sometimes I can spell it wrong or write it wrong so that’s why I downloaded ABAEnglish❤️❤️❤️

I recommend this application for beginners who interest to learn the English language.

I really learned how to speak English with this awesome app and also gave me a good base before to move of country.

The teaching method is very cool, but the pronunciation is terrible. Could have a cleaner sound pqrq facilitate. Some audios are impossible to understand, the voice is similar to that of a 90 year old.
