The most important part of Pepperi’s platform for our business is that we have been able to configure it to meet all of our ongoing business needs. There is always a business rule, a pricing policy, or a promotion condition that we need to change. When we implemented Pepperi things were set-up one way, however we can change these configurations on our own in their back office with no coding. A system that requires high level technical knowledge or coding for customization is not going to keep up with changing business needs. There is a learning curve to get the hang of Pepperi’s back office, however this a critical capability and well worth it.

Super easy to use, great visuals for your customers, and has great reporting on best sellers, etc. If you ever have an issue, customer service is quick to respond. Really great app for order entry, keeping track of account history, automatically emails order copies, too many great features to mention! Wish more vendors used it!!

Not only have I been in sales 30 years how about develop a program that actual works? Crashes all the time just what a busy sales rep in the feild wants to use. The false advertising of “saves time” extremely miss leading. More like add 2-3 more hours entering orders. Have an employee of the company that deals with day to day tasks explain how this needs to work.
Apple is by far the worst platform to be on for daily orders. Mobile software needs to be mobile. I’m a extremely savvy computer tech person so that’s not the issue

The one thing I love about this solution is if we were processing orders one way and now need to make a change to the approval process or the discount policy it's an out-of-the-box configuration in Pepperi.

Pepperi is a really great service with very feiendly people to help guide when there are any issues that need resolving. I really like the way that Pepperi helps to synchronize sales orders into QuickBooks, it helps our company be more efficient and more productive! It is truly awesome!!!

Downloading PepperiB2BCommerceApp is the best decision I have made in years. I have been a customer of Pepperi for close to three years now. Everything works 100% as advertised and the support team will customize the program to meet your needs. I have been highly impressed with Todd Green on the sales team & Nir Liran on the support team. Until now there was no way for the sales brokerage community to keep track of all their represented brands that have placement store wide, unless you wrote your own program for thousands of dollars. Pepperi allows us to always know where we are at a retail level and provides our vendors with monthly progress reports that you can't put a price on! It's very easy to use and only gets better with each update. Thanks Pepperi!

We are using Pepperi for just over 3 years. Tried some other apps but they were no way near what Pepperi provided us in terms of configurability of workflows, different sales transactions, automated up sell and cross sell. Our sales reps love it and their support is amazing. Glad to recommend (per their request)
The addition of the iPhone to their iPad option is working great especially in trade shows with the integrated barcode camera scanning

We have been using the Pepperi app on our iPads for some time and are very content. We depend on PepperiB2BCommerceApp (and it's QuickBooks integration) as our daily driver mobile CRM, being able to use PepperiB2BCommerceApp offline is a big deal since many of our sales reps use this in rural areas with no cell/wifi coverage.

Have tried other CRM apps (Salesforce, etc..) this is by far the most pleasant to use and administer. Their support is top notch as well.

We (the sales reps) use pepperi for order taking and merchandising in the stores. We love pepperi because it makes us more productive... we don't have to deal with paperwork and keying in data into our Quickbooks backend, and we always know everything we need to know about our customers to upsell and cross-sell which helps our business grow.
