The Count the Kicks public health campaign educates expectant parents to track their babies’ movements and the strength of their baby’s movements daily in the third trimester of pregnancy, and empowers them to speak up if there is a change in what’s normal for their baby. Research shows a change in fetal movement can be the earliest and sometimes only indication that a baby is in distress in utero and should be checked by a provider. Kick counting is also a great way to bond with your baby! Count the Kicks app features include: - Ability to rate the strength of your baby’s movements - Ability to download and send kick counting data directly from the app - Ability to take notes on each kick counting session - Available in 12 languages: Amharic, Arabic, Chinese, English, French, Haitian-Creole, Hindi, Marshallese, Russian, Spanish, Swahili, and Vietnamese - Ability to track movements for single babies or twins - Easy-to-read graphs that show your baby’s normal movement history - Login via social media or accounts such as Google or Microsoft - Daily interactive and educational messages that appear after a kick session has been saved - Notifications to remind users to count kicks - An optional survey for users to inform us of their experience using the app and the outcome of their pregnancy - "Baby save" stories within the app and the ability for users to submit a baby save story directly from the app - Available on Apple Watch

I think is a good tool to be aware of the baby's movements. This is my fifth child and I tend to forget to pay attention since the other children are 9 and under. So many things to do but it is good to have an alarm that reminds you to pay attention and to bond with the new baby. Thank you

App is easy to use, visually pleasing to see my time elapsed from session to session and day to day. It’s also a wonderful few minutes each day to lie on my back and spend mindful time feeling my baby move and enjoying our time together.

It’s perfect- basic kick counting app that keeps track of your times so you know when to be on high alert. Also love the reminders because who doesn’t forget every now and again?!
