I love the magazine but OxygenMag isn't great. For starters, it's not interactive -- you can't click a title and go directly to that page. So remember page numbers! Lately, my biggest gripe is that it keeps requiring me to sign-in in order to read my issues. Why, why, why??? That is so annoying. Why can't you remember me? Fix it please. The digital price is definitely NOT worth $25.

After the latest update I've lost most of my magazines. Many that I've purchased in the past are no longer populating my library, and none of the special issues are available anymore, which were quite expensive per issue. Customer service did respond to my request for help but directed me back to iTunes to try to resolve. Hopefully this will be resolved but for now it's very frustrating.

I can’t download my issue and the restore button does not work... I assume that they are trying to blackmail me into signing up with Zinio so that they can sell my data. Not selling my data is why I went thru Apple to begin with. Also there is no way to contact customer support... I guess that is only available to folks who let them sell their data

After I updated the application, I lost my old magazines, the restore function was not working and once I downloaded an issue, it only opened a white screen or it repeated only 2 or 3 pages. OxygenMag is getting worse. I’ve been a subscriber since 2012, this is the worst it’s been. I would rather go back to print!

There doesn’t seem to be a solution for existing magazine subscribers to enter their account number and get access to the issues. I’ve already paid once for the paper subscription, I’m not paying another $25 - some magazines offer paper subscribers complimentary digital access, but there are no options for that in OxygenMag.

Always had problems with downloading each page, doesn’t restore when you wanted to read past issues. Contacted customer support and they tell you to sign out and sign in again. Never worked. That’s about all you get from customer support.

I had issues downloading the first issue I subscribed to in August. I'm unable to now download the October issue even though the print version has been available on the newsstand for a couple of weeks. My emails to customer service remain unanswered. Clearly they're not managing OxygenMag .

I love oxygen magazine, but have not had one new issue without some major glitches. Even better, it seems to be getting worse rather than better. Take my advice and get the magazine through the kindle app or some other more reliable way.

The newest issue has been on the magazine stands for at least a week. It is February 1, and I still don’t have access to the February issue? Seriously?! What did I pay $25 for?

It will not recognize my newsstand subscription and will not let me download the issues. It shows my account and it is active until 2019 but I cannot get anywhere.
