End-to-end encryption & easy to use
We use Virtru via Google Apps for Business for secure communications in our medical group. It's very easy to set up and has required no special training to use (I'm looking at you, PGP). Features are still being added on a weekly basis. As the Administrator, deployment was a snap on Google Apps. I like the fact that our messages are now encrypted at rest, and revocable. I expect pricing will be along the lines of other GAFB products--per user per month.
