My account has been banned for about 7 months this, of which I don’t really know what I did badly, due to that I changed my phone hoping to get the account back but still not coming, it’s say I have been banned permanently, I tried to delete the account so I can get new account But yet still it don’t go through, I’m hoping you can make that changes in your next update it will really help . Cus this is my favorite app , thank you.

Jodel is very nice and i love it but i have some suggestions to improve it like :
1- it should have a search bar like instagram so that people can search for “hashtags”
2- the location should have an option that allows us to change it (if for example I'm traveling and i want to see the jodels of my country) now it just shows my location.

Don’t disagree with anyone in Jodel or you will get banned immediately. I have been banned for no reason and many others that I know did too without even giving us a reason. If you wan to banned us, that’s alright. Just tell us why! You get constantly reported because people do not like your opinion thus causing you to get instantly banned by the system. The whole moderation system is terrible in Jodel. Normal users are the moderation so whatever they don’t like they’ll just remove it and you get punished by it. If you are going to use Jodel, never disagree with anyone.

You guys have a great idea here honestly. 5/5 for that.

However, your model is terrible. Nobody on my campus is aware of this. Where is your advertisements? Are you going to make an effort to market this to college students? We’re dying for something similar to Yik Yak, and this is it. But nobody is on. Probably because of your bugs. I joined, and was instantly banned before liking/commenting/posting at all. Props to you guys for fixing it and such, but was still mildly annoying.

You guys have work to do. You’ll get your three other stars once it’s fixed.

Jodel is really good for keeping in touch with the activities we miss in school, I mean hearing other there talk about it. Can you guys add a copy/paste feature also a message system where I can for example select who to accept chat requests from and end chat with that person when I want to something like end chat

Jodel is so great and stuff but i would appreciate it you added a paste option cause it would be so helpful :) and it would be so great and way more useful if you could let the moderators ban the comment immediately ☺️✌🏼 otherwise Jodel is great depending on the location cause here in KSA the misuse it a lot so the instant delete would be perfect for our community.

this app is been so good app to communicate with others so far and I would like to thank you for giving us this chance to explore more and more about people.. although i have banned and I know my mistakes.. and if u allow to give me chance to return.. I will be very thankful.

App is working great so far but the team has to work on people who loose their accounts. I actually restarted my phone and lost my old account. The new account started with a new karma. An email or contact will be great to retrieve accounts on different devices. Groups should be formed on Jodel to make it more interesting. Users of Jodel should be able to chat privately since a lot of people feel to chat in private hence sharing their telegram handles.

I really like this app it’s like I’ve finally found an app where I can ask anything and share my feelings and talking with people with no one knowing who I am when I’m bored and everyone around me is busy I go to this app to talk with other people and the most great thing it’s when I feel down I go there and find the most positive people

Love Jodel. Seriously I do. But no one seems to use it anymore. I’m sure the Pandemic didn’t help either. Also, idk if this is popular outside of the US either. Maybe it’s thriving there. I’ve seen a lot of reviews in Arabic so maybe it’s a hit somewhere else

The application is so good but it has some issues for example sometimes I get banned unfairly and everyone is moderate, so it's not fair at all someone who judge my jodels. And it need some improvements such as, search bar for the hashtags, and one more thing make some change on people jodels if it's female jodeler or male jodeler so we can know

Jodel has huge potential for both users and small businesses. For those looking to get away from Facebook, check this one out

As of today's update this app has been crashing, I deleted it and reinstalled few times I also restarted my phone but it still crashes, just right after updating.

Me and my sorority sisters have started trying to hype this app up at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, a large public university in the US. It would be great if you could help us hype you up by providing merch or paid advertisement around the zone. We want it to be as popular as Yik Yak once was.

Additionally, I feel strongly that you should be able to change your vote on a this app because occasionally I hit the wrong vote when I am scrolling through.

I have been using Jodel for a few months.. recently to celebrate the LGBTQ+ community, I have been posting love related posts and pictures of rainbow flags taken around the city of London. I was trying to be myself and asking other LGBTQ/friendly people and it only left me very heart broken.
I have been cursed by most users, hated, told to kill myself and go to hell, humiliated, threatened by close people, voted down and reported by homophobics, and the worst part of it is that this app moderators are Anti-gay themselves. I got banned few times. Whenever I make a post it gets deleted within seconds.

Please people do not support such apps that encourage hate and crimes around.

Wish you all live a safe and better social life than Jodel has to offer.

I will report it to Apple to ban Jodel hopefully.

Been looking for a yik yak replacement ever since it got ruined and this is it. BUT, no one is on it. I just found out about Jodel after being on a nostalgic trip on yik yak Reddit lol, Come on, you guys need to advertise and let people know of this. Everyone used to go on yik yak but no one goes on this, due to no one knowing about it. It’s just like Jodel and it’s perfect. This is what people want. We just need people to know about it. Come on guys. no point to rate it a 5 because there is no use for Jodel currently

Anonymous, antisocial, and introverted though we may be, and friends we are not, we’re connected through this service, and suffer mutually.

Jodel bans every single person that posts anything, even if there is nothing inappropriate in the post. It’s gotten to the point where nobody in the area can even post because they’ve all been banned. I’m at a festival right now and there were dozens of posts on the first day and there hasn’t been a single one in the last two days because everyone I know who has posted anything has been banned. Completely takes the fun out of it.

There was an error with their system pushing some users’ posts to the Expat field, but their customer service repaired the issue while keeping me informed.

Instead of writing a reply to someone via @ 1 or @ 2 ..
Why do not you have the right drag feature to add the reply to the same person .. to make it faster and easier ..

Jodel is actually really great! But not many people at my university know about it. I really wish more people used this, because i missed YikYak and wanted something like it to connect with my campus, but no one is on! It would be really awesome to do a lot of campus-targeted advertising because it works well as a college communication.
