Scammers !!! Please be aware !!!!!
I booked a trip to Vegas and I had to cancel. Well I did so within the timeframe they give you to avoid a fee . I receive an email in Portuguese had to get it translated by my friend and it literally said we received your cancellation notice we will keep in touch . Well no one has tried to contact me. I tried emailing back and calling numbers they have on the invoice but the phone numbers don’t “ work” . After various emails from my end and receiving nothing from them, I decided to look up reviews on this app. I wish I did that earlier because not one review said anything good and all have the same issue , which is the refund process. You pretty much get scammed out of your money. Stay away from these people . For one it’s based in Brazil and you won’t have any contact with anyone ever. 2. They are so quick to take your money but want to disappear when you need a refund . I decided to call my credit card company to help me dispute the charge with them. So avoid this company like the plague !!!!!!!
